The system will be abused. It will bring back voting discrimination based on class. What will people with money say? They are more educated which allows them to have more power. I don't want this. I'll gladly accept people that vote a straigh ballot, why? Because most of the time these people agree with the views of the party. They may not care of the current politician, but know that the entire party can influence one person.

Every educated person about WWII will know about the atrocities the Japanese commited. It's just not focused on too much because politically, America isn't too favorable of China because of their government. Great economic partner though.

Ok I'm sure everyone has a bunch of scratch cd's out there. Well I had this one cd that had some valuable stuff on it but it was scratched out the wazoo. So I went to the store and saw one of those Doctor CD Repair things that'll repair "any cd" for 45 bucks. No way I was going to pay for that. So instead I started pilgrimaging around the house. I found one way that will clean absolutely any cd, even one with deep gouges in the plastic part(but if you have scratches on the top of the cd, I can't help you)

1. Get a paper towel or rag.
2. Get some gasoline and pour it on the rag.
3. Wipe the rag on the cd from the center of the cd all the way out to the outer edge, DO NOT GO IN A CIRCULAR MOTION.
4. Wait for the gasoline to dry and wallah an almost brand new cd.
5. For the smaller scratches, you can just get turtle wax and buff the cd, using the same techniques as applying the gasoline. Make sure you let the wax dry.

Don't do this technique too much because eventually you'll thin out the cd too much, causing it to become fragile and eventually brake. It works by removing the plastic that is scratched.

Ahh come on guys, if you want to talk about the economy, make a different topic. This is about what to do when the baby-boomers enter retirement, putting a strain on social security.

I know one way in which will piss off all of the elderly people, thus less votes for them. That would be to cut benefits of social security. Another way to solve this problem is to increase the size of our working class. Bring some legal immigrants in that will pay taxes. Or you can do what everyone in Washington DC is doing, ignore the problem until it breaks. Then try and fix an unfixable problem.

Anyways, there have been wars in the past primarily due to misinformation and lack of diplomacy, or a disfunctional diplomatic system. Let's look at World War 1 real quick. The international community was filled with hidden promises between the countries. There wasn't a diplomatic medium in which all of the countries could communicate their problems. Even before Ferdinand was assasinated, there was trouble a brewing. Well, Ferdinand was assinated, Austria-Hungary gave Serbia a 48-hour ultimatum, and Serbia failed to deliver. Austria-Hungary put all of the blame on the Serbians, which was unfair and unjust. The sides then were created through the multiple hidden alliances, with Italy being a country with hidden alliances on both sides. The culprit? Lack of diplomacy.

As for the western countries preventing smaller countries to invade another country, there usually isn't a need to create unnecesary bloodshed through war that diplomacy could solve. I know you are going to attack me through the current Iraq war, so I'll say this. Saddam Hussein committed numerous atrocities of war. This includes using chemical weapons against Iranian troops to using chemical weapons on the Kurds. I guess the world would've stood idly again while another Pol Pot walks around, and dies of a natural death without any punishments for the atrocities committed.

He's talking about NPR news, it's broadcasted all around the US everyday in the afternoon. Scan the stations, and the one news one is probably NPR.

Since I felt this source inadequate because many of the states that allowed breastfeeding in public/private places did not exempt breastfeeding from public indecency laws, in particular Texas. Because this occurred in Texas, I will focus primarily on that.

The health code of Texas allows the breastfeeding at any location:
Tex. Health Code Ann. § 165.001, et seq. (1995) authorizes a woman to breastfeed her child in any location and provides for the use of a "mother-friendly" designation for employers who have policies supporting work site breastfeeding. (HB 340, HB 359)

Yet, this does not exempt her from indecency laws. So, by law, she was allowed to do it, but if people felt it was indecent, then she should have gone to a more private place instead of out in the open. A bathroom would've been fine.
