Yeah, so I left some homemade apple cider in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks and it is starting to smell quite similar to alcohol. You can't really tell in the taste but I can taste a bit and when I open it up to take a drink of it, I get a small whiff of that smell of fungus piss. What do you say should I leave it in the fridge for a few more weeks or just toss it out?
