Well if that is the case I would isolate him in a room, make him read the criminal report on what he did (without mentioning that it was infact he who did it) and watch for a reaction. Based on the reaction you could probably judge what type of person he has become.

Well for example if a bear mauls a human to death, the bear is a lot more likely to do it again because they no longer fear humans and by this point have learned that humans are a good source of food (not the humans themselves but garbage, etc) So they are probably going to come back, even if you tranq them and take them far away. And since bears and other animals tend not to reflect on what they have done, jail isn't going to help.

Where I am living right now is pretty cool, but I do miss my home town though. Vancouver rocks though because they have the vapour lounge and the amsterdam cafe which are two establishments where you can smoke marijuana, such an amazing experience. Plus I live close to downtown so I will be in the action when the olympics come.

That is not a fun thing to experience. I lost my father just over 2 years ago from a heart attack, it was pretty rough because it didn't kill him straight away it left him brain dead, so then we had to decide whether or not to to remove life support. What's really shitty is my family is still in court because my step-mom is a crazy money grabbing whore.

I don't really know what to give advice on. While reading it I kept thinking you and your dad should get the hell out of there, which I guess you guys are doing. The only real advice to give is your dad should put more thought into choosing a mate (easier said than done I know)
If you want advice on anger issues I think all you can really do is be concious of why you are so angry about things and when you feel yourself getting frustrated/depressed remind yourself that it isn't you but your fucked up step-family and that you don't have to deal with them anymore. Also try smoking weed, it works wonders!
