So pretty much, in just about every programming language, it the variable type is set to an integer, it automatically rounds down to the lesser number

another example is 1.99 would round down to 1

3.50 would round won to 3

and so on

Here's news for you. Every other "omnivorous" species on the planet is adapted to eat meat from other animals RAW. The fact that humans cannot eat meat raw, as they would get diseases that carnivorous and omnivorous species have defenses against suggests humans are not omnivorous.
Human's have only been eating meat as long as they could cook it.

Heres even more news for you. Humans eating meat goes back to prehistoric times when our metabolism was different and infact in general we were different. We used to eat meat raw and i bet we loved it! infact, in some places meat is still eaten raw like in sushi. Yes i know its fish, but still is raw meat. So what changed, some smart barstool of the time decided on trying to cook meat and when they did, they loved it!

Should we make lions ans every other carnivore out there eat tofu? or should we kill them so tey dont hurt herbivors?

Bring those boys home and let Iraq home and up americas sevurity to prevent such an attack to happen again. You know wher eto expect it from seemin the people of Iraq will be angry for a long time. so retreat and expect some thing. Be ready for it. and if you are ready for it, you are guarranteed to stop it from happening.

c'mon guys. he iz asking for help on what he can put in it. First of all. think about what basics are already in windows then implement that. e.g file veiwing. games, word emulator or at least notepad. Then think of things that should be implemented into windows e.g password protected folders, loud alarms and flashing lights if passwords are incorrect etc..

yes, vry easy. open up your flash project, make sure nothings selected, then open properties in the bottom of the flash menu. In there you should see ur frame rate. u change it there and it changes for the whole actionscript

this is actually rascist. every culture in the begginning was very violent... or a least most... i mean look at africa right now many children are fighting with guns. Hey everyone. Im having trouble with creating a send and load case with flash and php. Ive tried a lot of different tutorials on how to accomplish sending variables to and from php and flash with no success could someone plz tell me how i can use sendandload function successfully or reasons to why it might now work

you don't really need to set up a file sharing account either. depending what they have running in cp, they could let you just upload the files you want without needing to set them up. just choose the destination folder and upload.
