I'm not impressed, simply in the fact that the linked website is nearly useless without Quicktime. That's their first mistake

They don't take in consideration how much muscle is on your body.

I'm sure your massive frame of pure muscle throws your BMI off the charts.

You seem to be chewing threw this thread at a good rate. So why not put me in the spotlight for a moment? I rarely participate in these threads but there's nothing to lose =)

Does this mean BBS text searching and user profile searching could finally be making a return? I won't make any promises, but I'm hopeful!

Wait a second... When James took down the BBS text search, he said he'd put it up "after the weekend". From what you said, this is clearly past "the weekend". That means it should be coming up soon!

This'll be awesome!

Yes. 1337 has jumped the shark. All opportunities to be funny with it have been exhausted.

That may be your only option. They ebay page that lists ebay gift certificate features includes this point:

Send your eBay Gift Certificate via email, or print it out to deliver yourself. It's your choice.

I Googled it to try and find the answer, and it looks like everything leads to http://certificates.ebay.com/

Dang. I never realized that. Hopefully Tom will make it multi-platform. Otherwise my heart would simply be broken. I don't see myself ever wanting to purchase an Xbox 360 =[

Whoops. Switch DVI and VGA in that sentence. But your answer is still yes.

Response to: computa stuff Posted August 18th, 2006 in General

Yes. By the looks of that image, that Mac supports both DVI and VGA outputs, which is a standard all across the map for monitors connected to macs or PCs. Although the picture makes it look like it only has a VGA output, it probably has a VGA to DVI adapter.

Response to: I Killed A Snake... Posted August 18th, 2006 in General

I've had numerous encounters with snakes. I'd almost understand if it was in self-defense, even though in most cases like that you'd be better off getting away (I was almost bit by a water moccasin once. At that point you just run the hell away), but going away and actually coming back to kill it was rather pointless. I agree with the rest of the users in saying that kill it wasn't cool.

Response to: lol Germany Posted August 17th, 2006 in General

Funny.

Our "SWAT" team is actually called the "Special Weapons and Tactics" team.

That's 24 letters. "Spezialeinsatzkommandos" is 23.

So in reality, you're an idiot. Especially considering that those large German words are compound words. It literally translates as "Special Use Commands"

Isn't the chicken in the snack wrap the same that they use for their chicken selects? Those are really good. I've never tried one, though. It's not too often that I go to McDonald's in the first place.

Even though it's needless to be said that there is no correlation between user level and post integrity, people at least probably pay more attention to higher level posts. At least they're better at catching the eye.

Okay, mister "unspecified" porn private eye with a penis profile picture.

It's a prevalent practice to peep at porn when prepubescent.

It's also pretty common for young peeps to practice pompous punditry like you are here.

Spare us the presumptuous poppycock.

Nonetheless, count me in! I haven't submitted anything to NG for a long time. Maybe something like this would give me the motivation to make a kickass piece.

I didn't know what bloaf meant. So I looked it up on www.dictionary.com.

http://dictionary.re..nce.com/browse/bloaf

No results.

Figuring that it was some kind of slang word, I decided to define it at www.urbandictionary.com
and got this...

bloaf

When receiving oral sex from a woman and she vomits because she began to gag

"Geeze Sam, can't you find a clean woman that wont bloaf all over you during sex"

What the FUCK is wrong with you... Bloafing your mom...
