So how many times has the question been answered in this thread?
We have a half dozen threads for this already
Here's one: http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/8118 15
"You may post to the Newgrounds front page once every 14 days."
Here's a few scenarios:
1) The mod that deleted the other topic was different than the mod that locked yours.
2) The difference between your topic and the other user's each warranted their subsequent actions.
3) The mod wanted people to stop making "shoop da woop" threads so they had one stay on the forums that was visibly discouraged.
Also, remaking a deleted thread is against the rules. You probably would have been banned if it was the same mod.
If you're going to create and test a "theory", don't fill in a bunch of blanks. If you do that, your conclusion (that regulars are given preferential treatment) will end up being pretty off.

You can hold me responsible if I am wrong.
I was just browsing through this topic and I just had to point this out and say what the fuck?
Don't EVER use this as a reason to flag a movie! It has nothing to do with the movie or the author at all! Just imagine a prominent and talented Flash author discovering Newgrounds and signing up solely so he can showcase his Flash work here. Getting his submission flagged until it was marked for administrative review would surely be a punch in the gut and would probably turn them away from NG forever.
If, for whatever reason, you believe that the submission really IS stolen, I'd just flag it and keep quiet. Chances are it would be flagged by other people who realized the same thing. Going out and saying "FLAG THIS! I THINK IT'S STOLEN!" is just as bad as saying it's stolen in a review of the submission itself because it goes against the very reason that review guideline is there in the first place:
If you believe an entry is stolen, do not comment about it in your review. If you are wrong, you may convince other users that the entry is stolen and you may cause a legitimate entry to receive an unfairly low score, or have the whistle blown on it.
You should Google what the Google work environment is like and then you can start being jealous of them.

Good games from Bungie:
Halo 1
Halo 2 + 3 sucked terribly unless you're a super-retard.
Basically what I just said.
I know, right? It's as if everyone in this thread who stated "Bungie" is at MOST 14 years old.
Oh, wait...
Big Blizzard titles:
Battle Chess (1992)
Warcraft
Warcraft II
Diablo
Diablo II
StarCraft
Warcraft III
World of Warcraft
Soon Starcraft II
Big Bungie titles:
Marathon
Halo
Halo2
Halo3
An objective review can show that Blizzard has been much more successful in game development. Subjectively, I think Bungie is as overrated in this thread as the Halo games themselves. Just some shooters. FPS games like HalfLife 2 and Portals are much more innovative and creative than these run-of the mill Halo shooters in my opinion. No, I'm not saying that Blizzard made these games. I'm just saying that Bungie doesn't seem to have pushed the gaming envelope as much as Blizzard.

I'm on strike beacuse of this. If people wanna be dumb and abuse the system just beacuse they really want their Deity for no other reason to have it. I'm not going to waste my time finding shit and posting it when some faggots are ruining everything by spamming reviews.
So you're on strike because people are spamming reviews to inflate whistle points, even though people who do it get all their reviews deleted with no whistle points awarded. Am I misunderstanding what you're saying here? Or are you just choosing a really, really bad time and context to start saying this?
Quit whining people. The same shit happens in the portal with blam and protect points. Those users also get their accounts deleted. Think we want to tolerate (and even encourage) the abuse of the review system? Think again. Someone who creates an account with the sole intention of abusing the flagging system will get deleted -- just like someone who uses an account to spam any other part of the site.
Here's a diagram I just made that you can refer to if you're not entirely sure that your flagging tirade will bear fruit
We used to drive out to Utah from Illinois to meet relatives. It was around 20 hours straight of driving. It was done in a van, which had a small TV sitting between the two front seats. We got a cigarette lighter adapter and hooked up an NES to the TV. Best trips ever. We're talking like 15 years ago.
Sorry to burst your bubble, people, but I'm not touching youihate's reviews with the review mod system. His account is going straight to Wade to be eradicated.
Nobody cares if you don't think it belongs on the front page. It's usually put there because an admin liked it.

I didn't say going to the police -- the police have nothing to do with it. I said filing a fraudulent charge claim. It's as easy as two clicks, and it's definitely in the scope of reactions you could expect from a person who just discovered an unknown charge to their account. Besides, it's not like the credit card company or the law needs to be involved for him to get in an assload of trouble.
Wow, a screen shot of a game. There's so much to discuss here.
Even then, I'm pretty sure there's only a half dozen threads like this.

I know of 3 others but yeah. Topic search isn't quite functional at this time.
Yes, doing so without them knowing would probably result in a fraud claim/investigation and you'd end up in a lot more shit than you initially bargained for.
You answered your own question by posting his picture...
As far as I recall, Tom has made icons for submissions he wanted to be front page when they didn't have one, which leads to the point that admins put submissions on the front page when they want to. It doesn't make any sense asking why your submission isn't on the front page when there are no qualifications or guarantees concerning it at all. Whatsoever.
I can put Freschetta Brick Oven pizzas in the oven, too.
Camtasia Studio has tools for both recording and editing. It does audio as well and can do lots of miscellaneous things, like playing sounds for each key/mouse press. I've found it to be by far the most intuitive of these sorts of programs.
We already have a few threads about this. Find one...
Depends on what you're using your computer for and how much the RAM costs. If I were you, I'd turn down the RAM offer regardless because it's not hard to upgrade and you're basically guaranteed to find a better price online.
If you're using your computer primarily for gaming, you're not going to need it. RAM is most beneficial in memory-heavy applications for video/audio editing, 3D rendering, etc.
Cool. Another thread where everybody can say they hate the topic starter while acting like nobody has ever done that before.
You could buy a quad core overclocked 3.6 (x4) gHz desktop computer with dual GeForce 8800 Ultra cards running in SLI with 4 gb overclocked ram and a terabyte of hard disk space in RAID 0 for that ripoff of a price.
We already have a half dozen threads of this.
Reinstall the audio drivers for whatever audio hardware you have in your computer.
