This website was made by Drunken F00l in association with Valve. You register and claim your backpack. This means, 'connect' your backpack to this account.

Also, did you say trades?

Set up trades. Example: I offer my Stainless Pot for a Tyrant's Helm. Now I can see matching trades.
I'm not sure how it works though: It either means that there are, let's say, 15 people people who are willing to trade their Tyrant's Helm for a Stainless Pot or it means that 15 people have a Tyrant's Helm.

Oh..it's just on the site...we have to wait for VALVe to release a trading system for this to work (if they ever do)..

Apparently, they're almost done.
