well,in the game of Mario,Mario walk on the ground,and the ground is made of block(see it on a Flash animation)is there a method where I can't be obligated to do it 1 block by 1 block

I made something though,when I test the movie,and when it start lagging,when I make stop and play again by rightclicking my animation,the sound and the animation are synchronize again,but is there still a way to not be obligated to do that?
Well,I'm making a Flash,all was fine until I puted a movieclip I made in the timeline.
When I test my movie,the part of my movie who start using movieclip,my sound start like normally but the animation start a bit later,my sound and animation are not synchronize

I've got this pop-up too,I just press on the X and nothing else happened(i knew it was a virus because the message appeared in French,my computer language 0_o)
