To answer your question: women shouldn't be clergymen. This is in one of the episotles Apostle Paul wrote to some Church laying the prerequisites for being a clergyman. These conditions were a married man whom have every been married once with one wife, never committed adultery and of course, male.

Not to say women have less rights in government.
