I studied law for a couple years and from my understanding, minorities not just blacks, commit more lower level crimes with a few murders/serious crimes here and there,based on different demograhic areas; but a big chunk of crimes go unreported daily on both the higher level and lower level crime scale commited by non-minorities. Not to many minorites are capable of commiting the higer level crimes that are almost virtually undectectable, but the minorities are the ones who get put in the skewed statistics.

A lot of crime is commited in areas with concentrated poverty obviously
