Try saving in a different format, e.g PNG then going into another program to save it as JPG or GIF and set the quality tp as high as possible.

Legs should be considerably bigger, maybe read some anatomy guides? You should improve if you attempt to draw with better proportions, although if you don't, you may mess with your drawings a bit.
