If you want to make a flash tutorial (which would be GREAT), a page about yourself (which is welcome as long as you made flashes on NG) or just a general article about animation or products like flash, feel free to do it.

The thing with the framerate is overdone but something like that would be by far better than "THIS IS GREAT XD". At least a because should be in there. Firstly, when you vote 0 on a high scoring movie, the score drops a lot (just as 5ing a low scored movie brings the score up a lot). If you don't get it, don't think about it, you wouldn't understand it anways.

Now for the review part, there have been a lot of reviews that scored low, they simply got deleted because some of the mods are either MGA fans or the reviews were very abusive. You need to write an at least 5 paragraph review when you review 0 but reviewing 10 with 2 words like "that's awesome" is ok for some reason.

well I stopped that shit for now, for the year 2008. Will try to make some real stuff now. I tried that before but when I realized that my spam shit gets by far more reviews, a higher score (for a blank screen I mean what the fuck) and more views I started to do spam stuff. I wouldn't have an idea how you can fix that viewing stuff. People that work hard on their stuff and aren't good don't get noticed, yet, people who doesn't work hard on their stuff do. Kind of unfair.

About the award stealing stuff, I admit that I did it and I don't even really know why. It's just the internet but just because I don't really care it probably doesn't mean that the person I steal it from doesn't care either. If you want to, you can delete the 2 rcp's I won (or one or what it was, I can't remember). I wouldn't really care, it's just a small pixel picture not worth too much.

By the way, a lot of people, actually ALL of the people I know would like to have that under judgment score for the submitter to see back. And the UJ reviews, for the submitter to see, too. I don't know why you removed that both but it surely won't help against mass voting.

Think back to rtil's Comedy Extravagance. All the TooF parodies. Foamy shit. All this stuff. Another 100 successful submissions, called the 4th season of DailyToons with a lot of great parts.

I believe F0d should be the receiver of this award though. If you want to know why, read Princess-Laucherella's post. He has pretty much pointed everything noteable out.

You can simply use a audio editing program, load or import the song or audio file you want to compile and save it as .mp3.

I suggest GoldWave or Audicity. I myself use Adobe Audition, but it's not a freeware.
