Im pretty new on ng, and I've noticed there is a chat room in the works. There is no timestamps on it, and I couldnt find more info about it. So does anyone know how long it has been in the works? And when would it be ready? The chatroom would be great to have. I often have small 'silly' questions related to flash, which are not really a thread worthy material, so a chat room would be great.

B/P are approved after the submissions is blammed/protected. If it is blammed and you voted 0 or 1 on it, you'll get immediately the blam point. If it is protected and you voted 2, 3, 4 or 5 on it, you'll get immediately the protection point.

Thanks for your answer. Seems like I do have blam/protection points :P. I just thought since I still have 0% increase in my voting power that I didnt have any of them. How many points is required to get 1% increase for example?

A bit on the side, but didnt feel like creating a new topic. Do you only get blam/prot points for the first 4 or 5 votes per day? If I've already voted on like 10 submissions, then I vote on an underjudgement piece that gets aproved, do I get a protection point for that?
And when do you get the points? They dont come right after the submissions has aproved....atleast I think they dont

If we know that this 'kitty crew' is just a spam group who does nothing good. Why dont we ban them?

I'll start by saying Im new to the site. And in my short time I've already noticed that spam is a big problem around here. People submit the utmost crap and when you comment on the crap, you useally get a hatefull reply with a lot cursing / bad language.
What Im wondering is, why dont we ban the people submitting the crap instead of trying to ban the crap what the people submit?
