Most people already know what Climate change is. Many people and eco warriors go on talking about how our daily lives are trapping supposed green house gasses and said gasses are trapping in sunlight thus heating up the Earth more then it should. Saying how Greenhouse gasses are suppose to be there but an over abundance of them thanks to the standard energy of choice being fossil fuels and coal are creating too much. Saying how in a hundred years or so the weather and our planet is going to get worse and how the Earth may be wasted thanks to us. Which they prompt us to use alternative fuels such as wind, solar, water, etc.

Your friend and the TOR network have volunteered to be part of a worldwide traffic obfuscator with no barrier to entry. That means that they've volunteered to let any old Joe Scumbag zip through IP bans to perform nefarious activities on websites like Newgrounds. Either the Admins added a blacklist of known nodes, or they've already banned your friend's IP because someone used it to evade a ban on NG. I would bet it was the second one, because 2012-2013 saw IP bans handed out daily while the Admins chased down a handful of spammers.
