This movie looks like it's gonna suck worse than rotten smurfberries. They should've just made the whole movie live action and gotten live actors to play the smurfs (instead of CGI Smurfs), like they could've gotten Megan fox to play Smurfette and Sean Connery to play Papa Smurf.

I agree with both sentiments.

This kid was underage and had no right to be drinking in the first place, you can't hold an alcohol company responsible for a foolish decision made by a minor. The decision to drink alcohol is one that can only be made by a person who is of age to drink, the reason why there is an age limit on alcohol is to assure that person drinking is mature enough to accept the responsibility of drinking (meaning they give there consent to the choice they made, and won't hold the beverage company to blame for their mistakes). Numerous people die from alcohol related incidents, but they're families can't sue because the beverage companies aren't liable for the actions of the impaired (which is why we have the "Drink Responsibly" campaign).

I'm not sayin' this ain't a sad story, I'm just saying that it is foolish for the victim's family to try and create a lawsuit out of this.

Hateful Flash

This flash has already been flagged down a few times on the portal for it's hateful and derogatory attitude towards cancer patients (I find this flash quite disgusting), it may be best to keep an eye on this user as he recently he has been creating alts in order to re-submit stolen/inappropiate content.

Feel free to use your own discretion on this one (opinions may differ), but personally I'm flagging it down.

Trolls will be trolls, the best thing you can do is to just ignore them. It's a shame that many kids are being picked on by internet trolls, but this could all be avoided if the kids would just wait until they're teenagers and can handle the responsibility of the internet. I'm not saying it's their fault, it's just that lots of kids set up internet accounts before they are mature enough to handle them (most site have age requirements for a reason).

I remember this being re-submitted and reported on the EGB Thread in the past (this vid. must have been re-submitted at least maybe two or three times). Even if the video wasn't directly stolen from someone's Youtube account it still contains a lot of copyrighted material from Rebecca Black's "Friday Song" (making it rather troublesome).

I just have a standard issue "Mag-Lite" (I think it's the ST3D016 3-D Cell); it's roughly about 12 inches in length and 2.2 inches in width. I pretty much always keep that sucker in the car because in the past I've gotten flat tires at some pretty off times in shady areas. Luckily, I'm also familiar with Flashlight Combat after watching this one really retarded video about how to use a flashlight as a weapon (it was a gag gift, but I still learned some stuff).

The power of the flashlight flows strong with me, indeed....

Damn dude that sucks. Personally, I've never had a bad experience at my local Wendys (probably because the Wendys in my area is family owned). The food there is pretty legit and I almost always get a free shake (cause one of my college buds work there), last week they were even given' away discount tickets to Knotts Berry Farm (I got like $10 bucks off lmao). I would avoid Mickey D's at all costs, dude, the food there may be cheap but that's because it tastes like shit D:

I'm not really the ruler type though, I'd much rather manipulate figureheads from behind-the-scenes. First thing I'd do if I came into power would be probably to create a some figureheads who would listen to my orders so that I wouldn't be in the spotlight (leaving me free to my own devices). Then I'd have my troops begin work on constructing a moon-sized space station/superweapon capable of destroying Canada.

No, I don't really think creating such a thread on general would be the best idea (as you said we already have two threads on the C&C Forums which are dedicated to uncovering thefts/abuse). If there was a "new thread" (for reporting stolen content) which was created on the General Fourm it is possible it would get more traffic, but ultimately it would become like "Rages Thread" (i.e. people who didn't know what they were doing would influence others to whistle submissions that were not actually stolen; in this case). It's better to just keep things the way they are, at least with the EGB/NGPD we have members who know what they are doing and the thread is not susceptible to people mass whistling content that isn't stolen

Or have you other ideas for this?

My advice would be to just keep voting/whistling honestly and reporting stolen content to either one of the C&C threads that were mentioned, it's possible that the admins may even make things better in the next redesign ; )

Usually a flash/game will be flagged down as hateful if it shows: real life pictures of people being tortured/hurt; intense profanity/hate against a certain group/ethnicity; or crosses the line of someone making a joke/parody (i.e. promotes hateful propaganda and such).

When you click on one of the icons (believe it's the one furthest to the right) it shows a picture of two naked dudes and one them is putting his head up the other guy's ass.........Pretty sure this would qualify as flaggable due to the extreme pornographic content (realy wish I hadn't seen it).

I agree, it certainly is nice to see a lot of the junk and stolen submissions being cleared out before the next redesign, I'll try and make some of these reports more often (maybe the Genre mod thread can even be brought back to life with time lmao).
