Argh, I know what you mean, I've encountered this exact problem as well. I've switched from FireFox to Internet Explorer, which cleared up the problem for the most part (you may also want to try clearing your cache as well).

I actually knew of a chick from my old high school who had the same exact problem with one of her legs, she never got it get fixed though (which led to some problems). Well, I've looked around and I haven't found any evidence suggesting that this is indeed a theft. The Pony flash looks rather amateurish, I personally believe that this is indeed the original author (though his story is suspicious).

I believe this is legitimate as well. If you look on the Alabara's Facebook page (which is the advertising company that originally made this) they provide a link to the submission on Youtube (where it was submitted by Proflashman; both flashman2006 and Proflashman are Arabic, so this is probably legit).

The original chocobreak that should be cited, in the case of a theft, would be this one:

I would cite this one because it is the earliest chocobreak produced, and it was made by "ClickTeam" (which is the group responsible for creating GamesFactory 2). The main goal right now is to get users to start submitting chocobreak tutorials to the dumpgrounds, as there already is an excess of this flash (and a lot of the submitted chocobreaks have been simply ripped from the original tutorial).

I noticed that Fupa was being called into question due to some of their suspicious activities, so I gathered some evidence and here is a brief summary of what I found:

This one is extremely suspicious:

If you'll notice all of the cards used in this game have the logo of NovelGames.com on them, NovelGames originally released this game on their site in 2007 and FUPA hides the copyright info using a bar.(Original Link)

This one was submitted by both novelgames and Fupa (I believe this game was submitted first on NovelGames' site, which explains why Fupa covers the copyrighted info up again)

This game was originally copyrighted by NovelGames in 2008, and basically Fupa covered up the copyright once again by placing a bar over it. YouGame implored a similar tactic when they posted this game on Kongregate.
