I just think it would offer more fair competition if each submission was allowed to reach its full potential before being given an award.

Sitting here staring at the wall as I always do I thought about how daily awards are based on the submissions submitted that day. Even if the submission was just submitted and has a really low score the movie cannot win any awards the next day.

So wouldnt it be cool if the daily awards were given on based on how long the movie has been on ng, for example; once a movie has been on ng for 24 hours its elligable for an award.

The reason I bring this up is salad fingers 2 is fourth place when its score is higher than foamy and it won the award with out even being on newgrounds for a day. This seems to happen quite a bit. Has anyone else thought about this?

I've noticed motion tweening has hardly been covered. Kortex could perhaps explain how to use motion tweening to animate a character for example.. What starting position should all the body parts be in? How do you draw the arms so they dont overlap or gap when your tweening them? Any help is greatly appreciated.
