I'll be going as I was last year, a condom dispenser!

I snagged 100+ condoms from my universities health center, so I'll be dishing them out to the needy all night!

This is me last year...

Posted: 06/24/09 10:53 PM

Trust me buddy, you're so much better off. Just really think about why you liked her, and you might get over it.

Weird idea, I know, but think about it. Most people just say: "She makes me happy" or something along those lines. But then, start thinking about why that person supposedly made you happy. Teenage relationships (including mine), tend to be built around simply the idea what we see today in the media. We see couples on TV so madly in love with no real explanation why they feel the way they do. We tend to mimic these actors, and substitue the idea of true companionship with simply having the title of a boy/girlfriend.

So really, think about if you actually had any rock-hard reasons why you liked her so much.

One of the things I've always wondered about.

No, actually. As long as your an imposing looking guy at the door you can manage. I'm 6'2, about 250lbs, so I would be able to push my weight around if necessary. I have a buddy who is 5'8, only about 190-200lbs, and he bounces as well, only in a different restaurant.

The restaurant I work at is beginning to host night life (such as bands, kareoke, etc.), and thus, are beginning to need some big beefy 18+ men to guard the front door and check ID's and such. Fitting all of those qualifications, they promoted me to take care of the front door on the weekends so things dont get too rowdy.

I've never been one to flex my nuts around in public, but I'm sure in good time throwing a drunk out the door will come as natural as riding a bike.
Anybody got any tips for me as I go into this endeavour?

Posted: 05/24/09 12:34 PM

Forum: General

Bumping for necessity for this to happen.

Most of us are/will be soon on summer break, so we should really get this rolling as dates become more widely available.

Here's just a few ideas of what we can do:

Baseball game (cubs or sox)
Good ol Navy Pier
Dick around at water tower place
Taste of Chicago
Millenium Park
Jerry Springer (We would have to work on this ASAP, for we need to purchase tickets in advance, and its 18+)
Some kind of music festival (Lollapalooza, Bluesfest, etc.)

That's just a couple things we could do, some dependent on dates and such, but ideas nonetheless.

No censorship. Think about it...

Unfortunately, the majority of the scenarios they put out there are fake and use actors, but I guess i'll have to wait and see!

Have at it, I guess.

Any advice on what I should say/do while I'm there?

What did everyone here major in?

Radio Broadcasting for me, and I love every minute of it.

But anyways, try scholarships.com, you take a survey based on your activities/gpa/etc, and display scholarships that make the most sense for you to apply for.

Another tidbit of advice: don't just apply for the big dollar scholarships, every little bit helps, and those 3-figure small scholarships can really add up after a while.

I never used to think it made a difference, but I usually used Durex early on. Recently my girlfriend bought a pack of Trojan Ultra Ribbed, and it was some of the best sex ever. Whats your favorite?

Unless there is somehow a buyout involved, I don't think some of the companies such as Symantec, Mcaffee and Sun could all go under in such a short amount of time, there are simply to many users in each company for them to be wiped out of buisness. Especially with something as big as Java running so many websites these days.

But my worst experience would have to be forgetting to zip up after I was finished, get in my car, and go to a store without noticing. I got halfway through the parking lot walking to the store before I noticed my junk hanging out.

Her favorite movie was the horror movie 'Stay Alive', so I googled for a movie poster, took it into photoshop, and placed me, her and a few of her friends in as the characters. Finally, I sent it to a printing company and they made it poster-sized.

I don't necessarily have chores, but whenever one of my parents has a larger task to do, they'll ask for me and my brothers help. If we refuse, they give us the whole "you live under our roof, 3 meals a day..." speech. After that we just kind of shut up and do it.

In all statistical thoughts, the camel is probably right. The Giants should tear apart the Eagles if they play anything like they have this season.

But I'm rooting for the Eagles. I always like to cheer for the underdogs if my home team isn't in it (Da Bears), and I have always liked Westbrook as well.

I remember Oreo O's. They made me puke the first time I had them, but that didn't stop me from wolfing down two bowls every morning. Waffle crisp was pretty damn good as well. Have you ever considered a book rental system? There are tons of sites online in which you can just borrow books, and return them at the end of the semester. I saved roughly $300 doing it this way, and that was on several hardcover books.

Or try Half.com, if you're looking to buy books for keeps.
