there was a program called windowFx or something but it was utter crap. windows doesn't have any good visual modifications (like animations) you can add. get a mac or just install a linux client if you want your OS to look great.

i only use windows to play a couple games that i have. everything else on my mac

you have to set it as a *.gif and make sure its animated not static and if you want it to constantly spin then set it on loop.

make sure that you actually have an animation done in photoshop unless nothing is going to move. might i suggest using flash for animated gifs because its a lot more.. 'free' as photoshop restricts you to only a few animations.

not all music is made on an instrument nowadays, mainly because usually making it on a computer etc is better/faster and you can do it without any mistakes (usually).

if you argue that music is shit because its done on a computer. then i can say that...'your typing this using a keyboard, why don't you write it down on a piece of paper and send it to tom. so he can put it on the forums.'
