I would like to point out that you could still use the old user ID's to backtrack to someone's account page by using the old review page links.

Just replace XXXXX with whatever ID you want, and it will direct you to the review section of that particular user's userpage. This trick will work whether or not they actually have any reviews. If it redirects to the front page instead, it means that the account was deleted.
