The same argument could be used for several countries, including N. Korea. This war could actuly ENCOURAGE nations to develope Nuks because the obvious lesson the will get out of this war is that if they develope Nuks, the USA will never attack them. Therefor By invading Iraq, which MIGHT have Nuks in a couple of years, but "talking" to N. Korea because they probebly have a few. Sort of sending that "its ok to do it just dont get caught" message.
When we think if this iraq war is justified and if the american goverment is really interested in freeing the people of iraq, we must take a look at what america has done throughout history. In every war the americans ever fought, they did so for their own interests. Even in WW2, they only joined in when THEY where attacked. The USA has never entered a conflict simply for the good of a forgien people, its always been interest drivin. Why would this war be diferent?

Well Well, Its nice to see that McCarthyisim is still alive and well. As for moore, i like the man, but even a staunch liberal as i will admit that his arguments are biased and twisted, but its not like the people he targets are much better.

Actuly, the concept of seperation of powers (Executive, Legislative, Judicial) first appeared in the british parlamentary system when america was still a colony.
