as it happens im on a new shift rotation, and now not working weekends, so i might be able to do it...... what a difference a day makes..... *goes off in song*....
Ok, as it happens, I dont know if i will be able to come down on those dates as i may have to be working, however apparaently some of the guys here are saying we are going down anyway...

So to put things straight, its will be:
Us
meeting up in Calgary
Me and this Guy checking you into a hotel if you need one
Possibly meeting you as you come into Calgary and showing you how to get to a C-TRAIN or a different hotel if needed
Then come the actual day us all meeting up at a location at...... lets say.... ...
Hay where's a good place to meet up and get everyone together? I'd think the cTrain platform at Chinook, heratage, and a few of the others will be packed around that time... where should we meet... hold on I'm pming you...

Does anyone think it would be worth checking into a hotel if I'm coming from Banff?
Well Calgary is about a 2 hour drive from Banff. If you can't get a ride from there, you can always hop on a Greyhound Bus which would probably cost you around $60 or so. As for hotels, Tox put up a pretty detailed post on the second page.

I'm moving from England to Banff on 14th of june, and I've been looking for a nerdy type event close by, so I will see if i can turn up. I just have no idea where anything is :D.

OK, this is slightly relevent, MAd Eye Moody, has a magical eye which can see through anything, more to the point, his magical eye could see through cloths.
