Program affected by virus.

I have been using FL for about 2 years now. The day before yesterday, my computer got infected with a virus. I have since gotten rid of it and everything was back to normal except...
- FL wont let me open saved projects anymore. It lets me save them, but when i try to open it up, it says that the file is corrupted, or a plugin caused the error.
I have tried reinstalling but it wont work.
I have contacted Image line but they havnt answered back yet.
WHAT DO I DO?
