Let us not forget that not only do "punks" believe in anarchy but others do as well. Possibly the perfect example i can think of is Tyler Durden in Fight Club, his whole objective was to bring everyone back down to ZERO. If that happened Bill Gates would be hunting squirrels right next to the poorest American. Tyler envisioned a world where everyone was equal, and there were no governing bodies.
