With abortions, there is little gray area. One can argue all about trimesters (sp?) and such, but there is a very clear line: birth.

I believe that if guns are harder to obtain in some states, then there will be more illegal gun dealers there (because it is good business). Thus, if I was looking to murder someone with an untracable handgun, I would go where the illegal guns are (in the aforementioned 'strict' states)

Paleoanthropologists such as the famed Dr. Donald Johansen will tell you that we are descended from Australopithecus Africanus, into more advanced Australopithecines (there is some debate over this) and finally into the genus Homo, as in Homo-Habilis, Homo-Cro-Magnon, and finally Homo-Sapiens. There is no way that 2 people could have started as Homo-Sapiens with all the evidence from Africa (Great Rift Valley- Dr. Johanson found 'Lucy' the famed first almost-complete Australopithecus fossils) and such.

Since I googled around, I found a few more answers. I believe the answer to this one has to do with the only acid in Dr.Pepper- Phosphoric (spelling?) acid.
