Oh, and I forget to mention that everyone heard everything we both said, but they only testified against me... except a few. Also, I only said it once, he said it much more. I would have said something like, "yur mom, lol" but then I'd look stupid... I wanted to hurt him.
Let me preface this by saying that I am not a racist, and that this thread is not meant to be offensive to anyone. Also, although I am technically Spanish, I look caucasion and my familly is Italien (adoption).
My friend and I were at a regional debate on Wednesday. There were people from every different school there. For no reason, just before the debate began, an Aisan 8th grader (I'm 7th) came up to me and said, "Good luck in the debate, $*%^&@!" for no reason whatsoever. The word that is censored is a racial slur against white people. This continued for a long time, even though I told him to stop. Finally, I made a reference to the Virginia Tech shootings (relating to him being aisan), and all hell broke loose. Everyone went nuts and starting beating up on me. Eventually, I just walked out before even hearing the results of the debate.
Fast forward two days: My assistant principal calls me in to yell at me and force me to write an apology to the other school. I agreed and walked out of her office. Then, I went home on the bus. As I went home, I thought about the issue. How come he can say cruel things? How come I don't get an apology? I talked to my mother, and she sided with me. We will contact the assisstant principal and discuss the matter further.
Discuss, please. Am I right, or am I racist?

As A 7th grader in Algebra, I suggest you buy the TI-89 from Texas Instruments. This amazing graphing calculator can factor and solve equations.
I also suggest you remember that an equation has the same number of solutions as its highest exponent.
