3.80 / 5.00 4,200 ViewsI watched it online a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I had been waiting for a while to see it and was really excited to finally do so. It was a very good, not cheesy way to end the series, very conclusive, like "fuck you, it's impossible to continue on from here" and that's what a good series finale is supposed to be. I am REALLY glad they completely ignored their school, because the season and a half where they were in school just pissed me off. So anyway, well written, well animated, and it's good for them to finally leave that fucking cul-de-sac.
Eddy's brother, such a douche, but how he looked wasn't totally surprising.

Veterans: How many of these have you achieved? Post here if you're feeling vain ;)
Okay, I've got a few of them. I'll try getting two or three more before the year's out.
I did that idea for the 2009 Sketchbook Tour.

Ahem. That was me, and I was forbade from going a week before the meetup was originally supposed to happen MR. LUIS! That pissed me off pretty bad, having been planning for several months, just for my parents to tell me no at the last second.

Just so you guys know where I am and that I haven't left NG for good.
Hey! So am I! :D I'm in my 4th year counseling for the Sayre Summer Recreations Program. Goddamn, nothing like 250 screeching children to wake you up in the morning, amirite?! Big difference is that my program is only a day camp, I only work from 8 to 12. And it's only $5 for a kid to join for the all the 8 weeks, $50 if you like outside the school district.
Gewd fer yew!

Might I suggest mid-July time frame? After the 4th and before any major cons.
Hmm, who wants to try this again next year maybe?... I'll be able to do it next year, since I'll be 18.
Real Silent Hill Meetup 2010 anyone?

So this didn't happen yet? I drove right by there last Monday.Everyone bunked out last minute, this is what happens when Luis doesn't attend.
Well, Luis originally ducked out back when this meetup was unfortunately scheduled the same week as WizardCon. He didn't get the memo that we moved this thing.
Yeah, that meetup did not go as planned at all. <_<, Sorry that things got so screwed up. As for Tom, he asked about if he should come, but the situation has been such a clusterfuck that I told him to go at his own discretion. I was all set to go, but my parents pulled to plug on my chances. There were A LOT of things that went wrong and it sucks that we didn't get to tell you guys to stop before it was too late. Beta said that the meet's probably postponed for 5 weeks or something. Don't take me up on that. But I still won't be allowed to attend as long as I'm living under my parents' roof.
This was all in good intentions, don't think for a second this was some sadistic attempt at manslaughter. <_< You're right, just poor planning and a big domino effect of shittiness. I do thank Beta for trying to salvage this thing.
I'm going to make you a "Survivor of the Real Silent Hill Meetup" badge, since this seemed like a fucking horror of sorts.
Like... Silent Hill...
Could have ended up really bad, with Pyramid Head and all.

They may be biased but they don't LIE about their stance like Fox News does.
Hey guys, at least there's MSNBC. They don't lie like Fox does, they know they lean liberal and are damn-proud of it. Hell, even CNN leans liberally now too.
Aw, I really wanted to actually SEE something NASA was doing for once. Nothing like seeing a big chunk of the moon get blown outto brighten up your dull, dreary October.
That was Colbert gold. I found out he had his head shaved the day before because CNN ruined the surprise since Colbert made a surprise apparence in a Graduation video done by the Principal of some school in Michigan, who was deployed to Iraq. I was like, "Fuck, my school didn't even try getting someone of notability".
I think it's okay that they call themselves Fox News (I guess), but it would only be fair, if they chop off their lie of a slogan claiming "Fair and Balanced", because that channel is 99% conservative bullshit... Oh wait, Colmes left? Then it's 100%.
Look at it this way, now YOU get to choose how much soda you want instead of a little tiny 12 oz!
Goddamn it, these celebrities better stop dying unexpectedly!
It's starting to piss me offfffff!!!
Ew Wade, you go to Fox News for your news???
Goddamn it, just Friday, me and all my co-workers were discussing who's the next person to die since Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson have all died this week. We all agreed on Bob Barker, but Billy Mayes??? Son of a bitch! We're going to miss his bellowing, head-ache inducing voice. And to think I just started liking his new Discovery channel show too!

Lmao. Meh, the guys at the post office in my town are fucking shysters. A few weeks ago, I needed to mail out a DVD for a festival, and they said that normal shipment may take 7 to 14 days (bullshit, right) but I needed to make sure it was there within 8 to meet the duedate. Then that changed EVERYTHING, originally, it was going to take $2.30 to ship it, but after saying that, they're like "Oh, then it will cost you $48.95". I argued with them for about 20 minutes then stormed out. I went to the post office in the next town over. I told them the situation, they just shrugged it off, and shipped it for $2.75. It ended up getting to Canada two days earlier.
Bastard postal service.
Wait a minute, I can answer the question using my knowledge of statistics. Jim, you're right, only HARDCORE NG'ers so to speak would be interested in doing a survey. Because of this, you get skewed results due what statisticians call a "Voluntary Response Sample". So the results, of course, can't be believed completely.
Ok, mumbo jumbo.
Alright, that shit is shipped out!
Fucking post office charged me an extra $2.00 because I wrote "Do Not Bend" on my envelope. >:S
I've been called a "cockass" and a "douchenozzle" before. So guys above, there must be somebody else using those words too.
Whappam! Mine's done finally and I'm going to mail it tomorrow.
Does Tom still have a beard, if so, then I need to grab a colored pencil really fast.
Pssh, my Grandmother died two weeks ago and I didn't make a thread about it.
Yep, it's official. I am not going to be able to go. :S Yeah, I'm not allowed to. So anyway, I hope this meetup goes great with my absense and hopefully it reaches what I envisioned for it. Make sure to take tons of photos and make this the best damn clusterfucked NG meet this site has ever seen!
That kid is a total cunt, along with everybody else who associates with him.
