I suggest you get a subscription to Flash, for 20$ a month. You could also get a free trial for Flash.

I would recommend this more than using pre-made animations as you can make it how you want it too look and actually be more creative in the process.

Where does everyone get their effect sprites for sprite battles!? You know, for the dust and smoke and everything. I've looked on every sprite website I can think of, and found nothing! Where can I get those sprites?

Can someone help me? I need to find a way in a sprite animation (flash) for a guy, lets say hes flying in the air, and i need to make the background behind him um... just moving and all that. I know it's hard to understand, i'm a complete newbie.
