Seems like a rather verbose of saying "I don't like almond milk".

I should have just gotten a rental van.

Response to: Question To Ng Veterans Posted January 8th, 2014 in General

If so many users have already maintained use of their accounts for like 7-12 years, just imagine if we all never leave, and the base community just ages together becomes a bunch of 30-40 year-olds.

Will we still be cool?

Is it possible to maintain essentially the same group of people over several decades using nothing but a web forum as the anchor that keeps all of our boats from drifting away in separate directions?

He's probably just one of those people that think being weird to strangers in public is actually funny.

Do you use snapchat? Posted January 8th, 2014 in General

I kind of caved yesterday and joined the blasted smart-phone craze.

I always thought snapchat was kind of cool though, almost enough to redeem myself for purchasing such a pretentious piece of hardware.

Do people still use it though or was it just a quick fad?

I just like drawing dicks on people with the pencil tool, to be honest

I just sleep in my clothes most of the time.

I used to have super cool dinosaur pajamas though.

Response to: Punk Club Posted January 7th, 2014 in Clubs & Crews

I'm sure this has been brought up at least once in this thread, but have you guys seen Suburbia (1984)?

The representation of punk is kind of skewed for the sake of entertainment, but it has a lot of good songs featured in it. Plus it has Flea as one of the main actors.

Who could forget the opening scene where a helpless toddler gets mauled to death by a large dog?

or the such memorable scenes as the one where everyone is an asshole to the guy with a limp who works at the convenience store?

and my personal favorite scene where the blonde girl has her dress and undergarments forcibly removed while D.I. performs Richard Hung Himself.

Juicy Fruit is the best piss-colored gum.

The old commercials are pretty funny though. Lots of close-ups of women slowly inserting gum into their mouths.

Juicy Fruit, it's gonna move ya.

Being friends with several skateboarders, I hear them use words like "retarded" and "stupid" to express admiration or praise for something.

It's probably because they have the vocabulary of 6th graders.

Response to: Newgrounds Sig Makers Posted January 3rd, 2014 in Clubs & Crews

I'm just going to open this request to anyone that wants to do it since it's kind of a handful. I can do it myself if need be, but I'm just checking to see if anyone would like to give it a go.

I want my name in some cool-looking, but not overly cartoonish font.

The background color must complement my icon in some manner.

And as for the rest it, incorporate pictures of these cartoon characters into a collage style sig: Duckman & Cornfed, Jay Sherman, Ren & Stimpy, Batman from TAS (1992), Pinky and/or The Brain, Freakazoid, Arnold or Gerald from Hey Arnold!, Hank Hill, CatDog, Heifer (from Rocko's Modern Life), Darkwing Duck, Johnny Quest, one of the Herculoids, Dr. Katz professional therapist, the dogs from 2 stupid dogs, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Johnny Bravo, Dexter from Dexter's Lab, Inspector Gadget, Spawn from TAS, Samurai Jack, Carl from ATHF, Space Ghost, Brendan or coach McGuirk from Home Movies, The Tick, and Shaggy.

Now, I realize this is a lot to ask of a humble sig maker, so I will offer $5 to the paypal account of the man who makes me the best sig with the description I've provided, and if you don't have a paypal, I'll gift you a Steam game that is $4.99 or under. The creator can also put their own username in small print in one of the corners if they so wish.

I know it's a lot of work for little reward, but I hope at least one of you will take me up on this, if not for me, then for the sake of challenging yourself.

Thanks.

At 1/3/14 12:29 PM, Amaranthus wrote: @Piggler

I appreciate the effort, but the composition of the sig is a little bland. Left corner, right corner, name smack dab in the middle? What's with the line through my name? Do you hate me or what?

I challenge you to create something that truly impresses me, that calls for the use of every ounce of your sig-making power.

Thanks for your time.

Response to: Why we suck at math Posted January 3rd, 2014 in General

I dropped out of pre-calculus junior year because lazy.

Since then I've forgotten almost everything besides basic equations and shit like adding and dividing.

I never felt a real connection to the subject. I saw practicality in writing and history, but never in shit like trigonometry or algebra.
