i lsot my first fight in the ring.. i went up againest a guy a couple of eyars older than me i got knoucked out 7th round by a punch in the ribs then he did acombo and i was finshed semi you were right i need to work alot on ym combos instead of weightlifting.... anywasy this is why iw asnt here four a couple of days iw as 2 sore to type..

im back on doing my trainging but with less wieghts im only benching 200 pounds now since my parents took them away but at least i could get back in shape after my training though i have severe neck pain and i cant move it i tried to sleep on it but it doesnt work so i stated to touch my neck abd it feels like one of my veins is a bubble did anyone get this before

yeah i trian with rammstein and led zeppelin it gets me motivated mroe espiclly when im exhausted the musik gives me more energy and i vote know for the ranking system maybe when we get more than 40 members

well it could be that you did not have enough water in you or you were tired or that you did not give it your best becaus it was just your usealwal routine and you simply wernt into the workout

yes it happened to me not to long ago 520 pounds wow your strong i thought i was doing good im doing 250 i have to gain someweight thouhg im to skinny and when i gain the wieght i tell my mom to give me back my wieghts because im getting fat but she wont no that i want the weight do you thkink it is a good plan??
