I thought about what everyone said and decided I will be paying whoever accepts my offer to do the job. You'll be paid $50USD per animation.

I thought I had already explained what i'm offering. I'm not trying to be better than newgrounds, and making a new site popular, it will be a challenge. I'm looking for help and for the last time if your not interested just don't reply.
I never expected this... I was just asking if volunteers are interested, if your not interested just don't reply ass-wipe.

Do I get paid?
No you don't get paid sorry, you get famous. Possible pay may come in the future though.
What other benefits are there?
You get to be admin on a big site, if you want your resume will be posted on the site so if your animations are good and the site gets popular then you just might land yourself a good job animating.
If you keep up good work you'll gain experience from animating, and eventually become the next Rob DenBleyker or Zhu Zhu (xiao xiao)
