The timer is a good idea, but it will still have little influence over how people vote on movies.

Let's just say I click on ***PUBEMUPPETLOL*** (example) and the file is only 90 kB. Now imagine if the preloader and the description look like they were made by an 8 year old.

90% of the people that have been on Newgrounds.com for about 2-3 years will automatically vote zero because they see this crap every-single-day. Sometimes, they won't even click play because they base the flash on it's initial appearance. Hey, what do you know, another free blam/save. Users can also look to see if there has been any other submissions by that author. If not, it's most likely to get blammed.

I know this because I have been on the site since August 2003 and the voting habits of NG users has barely changed. Wade, was it really a good idea?

P.S. 56k/dialup users will not be able to properly vote for large movies and therefore they can and will base their votes on the author's other movies, file size, description, preloader, etc.

Whenever i push these to bring up my task manager, I get a windows security dialogue vox, asking if I want to logoff or change users or lock the computer. How the hell do I make it so that my Task Manager comes up instead?

Quite the rule, isn't it? Funny thing is, Wade broke the rule a while back and insulted me.

Here's the story. Many many months ago replied to a topic called "Tanner is my bitch". Knowing the creator _phantasmal_ would be banned, I replied "hahahaha ur in deep shite now".

Soon the user was harassing me because I had a name almost exactly similar to his "Phantasmal". A popular user named stem even made me a nice signature for my alias Phantasmal that I was using for a long time. His harassment went as far as he copied everything in my profile, to the spot. Of course, i wanted to change my name so I didnt look as bad as the user, so I changed it to "=Phantasmal=". The malicious user changed his name to "Phantasmal" when he saw the oppurtunity, thus giving him the advantage to impersonate me further.

Of course, he went through every post I made to find a picture he could use to annoy me further, bringing me back to the aforementioned BBS Rule at the beginning of this topic.

I emailed Wade, and his response was somewhat similar to "How do I know your not the impersonator, he is a higher level user than you." THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING FOLKS. Just because he was a higher level it doesn't mean I was impersonating him.

The Malicious user posted the picture in a PHOTOSHOP TOPIC, BREAKING THE RULE ABOVE, I did not ask him to post it, I did not ask him to show everybody what I look like.

Well along came Wade, and guess what, he photoshopped my picture. Very nice of him isn't it? Here's a link to the topic he photoshopped me in:
