I use this program called Webcam32.

It uses the webcam I have connected to my computer to take the pictures and then it automatically uploads them to my webserver via FTP.

Tim was mine and Tom's roomate back in college. While Tom was working on the site, and I was busy working on my Buzz...Tim was working for a big company doing IT/Server work.

Ever since Tom moved the servers down to Philly Tim has been doing side work by handling the maintenance and upgrading of the servers.
