Batista going to SD leads me to believe that Punk will beat Taker at Hell in a Cell (I'm assuming we're going to get a rematch), and then feud with The Animal for the rest of the year.
Also, some good news for Kurt Angle:
All charges against TNA World Hvt. champion Kurt Angle have been dropped from his August arrest in the Pittsburgh area, reports the local ABC affiliate.
The charges against Angle for violating a Protection From Abuse, Harassment, Driving with a suspended license, and HGH possession were all dismissed by a judge this morning. A ruling has not been announced yet on what led to the charges being dropped.
Angle's accuser, ex-girlfriend Trenesha Biggers (Rhaka Khan), did not speak with reporters outside of the court house on Tuesday morning after the decision was announced. Kurt Angle and his attorney are expected to make a comment shortly.
The attorney for TNA World Hvt. champion Kurt Angle says the state of Pennsylvania dropped charges against Angle of HGH possession and driving with a suspended license after Angle's side brought evidence to court today disproving the charges.
"Kurt has a prescription for the growth hormone. Growth hormone was prescribed by a doctor in 2006," Angle's attorney told reporters today. "It was under our obligation to bring that proof today."
Angle's attorney says the state dropped the HGH possession charge based on the proof.
Regarding the charge of Angle driving with a suspended license when he was arrested on August 15, Angle's attorney says Angle was "not under suspension at the time" of his arrest.
"That case was under appeal and we brought records of that as well and they properly withdrew that charge."
