I'm also about to start Mass Effect.
Well since everyone else has admitted to it, I sense there is no harm in saying I have as well.

Not to mention Nagasaki.
The people who are saying the tsunami is karma for Pearl Harbor are making me ashamed to be an American.
My friend introduced me to Kraftwerk a couple months back, and I really enjoy their some of their work.
I'll normally listen to music or pound around on my drum set.

I enjoy watching kid's shows and movies occasionally. There's nothing wrong or demeaning about it.
If I'm not mistaken, the hair to talent ratio has approximate correlation to how good the artist's music is.
It really depends on how serious the crime committed is. However, I tend to argue against the death penalty. As stated before, killing a murder doesn't "unkill" their victims, and when boils down to it, it costs more to put someone to death than to imprison them and feed them for the rest of their lives.
You're not just a bear, you're an ULTRA bear. We're fucked now guys.
Ah Turisas, a truly epic group. I pre-ordered their album "Stand up and Fight". Currently awaiting it's delivery anxiously.
There's a possibility that the pizza guy won't make it due to this situation, and you're asking US what to do? Get out there and make sure the pizza guy will make it.
Because the math problem hasn't been solved yet. Only then will they shut the fuck up.
That fortune cookie has one heck of a sense of humor.
I've never had a reason to get into a fight with anybody before, even though I can be a major asshole.
Where I live PETA doesn't pose much of a problem or anything, but since I live in Kansas, we have the issue to Fred Phelps and his radical church that protest at funerals of soldiers who died in the middle east because for some reason its their fault that God does bad things or some shit.
I've noticed the exact same trends as mentioned above, and it is rather annoying as well. I've been tagged in so many goddamn pictures that say "Answer these 576 questions regarding me then re-post this and tag more people!!"
Another thing is the little status games that people are doing called "Smash or Pass" or something, where you post a number, which corresponds to a person, and choose whether to bash or pass on them. So basically saying whether or not you'd fuck someone or pass. It disappoints me when I see my entire news feed clogged with "76, OMG ID TOTLLY SMASH YUU"

I haven't really gotten into their new stuff, would you say they've gotten better? I've always been a fan of Dez Fafara's vocals, I think he could go far if he had some more creative streaks.
As far as their newer stuff goes, they haven't surpassed Fury of Our Maker's Hand, so I wouldn't really say they've gotten better, but they also haven't gone completely downhill.

Unfortunately, Devildriver is one of the bands I dislike the most in Metal. In fact, I think I just dislike Groove Metal in general. I think it's uninspired wannabe hardcore stuff. Only album I own by them is their self-titled and it sounds like a lame mix of Lamb Of God and Vulgar Display Of Power era Pantera. Maybe they got better? What do you think of their latest and earlier work?
And about Turisas, I think they are pretty good. Epic Folk is not really my cup of tea, but I think they make good music and I've heard they put on a great show.
Sunn O))) - Hunting & Gathering (Cydonia)
I actually find their self titled album to be my least favorite of their albums, it has a couple songs that I really like and enjoy listening to, but I find that Fury of our Maker's Hand and Pray for Villains were their better albums, in my opinion. I don't have a clear preference on their older or newer work, because the two albums I prefer by them are interspersed throughout their discography. With the release of Beast this could very well change, however.

I have to admit that these are not devoid of metal influences and elements shared with specifid metal sub-genres. But you are right, we have drawn a line between what is and what isn't metal, in our humble opinion.
Sunn O))) & Boris - Fried Eagle Mind
I understand completely, I'm just not as in tune to all the sub genres like you guys are, so I just assumed that that was something that could be discussed here.
I have also pre-ordered both Devildriver and Turisas's upcoming albums, and am excited to receive them. I hope these two groups are discussable?

Oh wait what?... Sorry... What did you say?
Oh?! They are not Metal?
Pardon me, forgot we're so genre specific here.

I tend to do recognize certain users by their level icons, and sometimes when they level up it takes me a while to figure out who they are until I actually look at their name.

That's a rather original idea. If only I had the patience to do such a thing to get my video games.
I find it odd that you would consider collecting Pokemon cards to be odd. Shame shame.
Seeing as I don't dedicate nearly enough time to the forums or the portals to be a mod, I'd probably choose max level.
