The proportions and placement are completely and utterly wrong :(
I suggest starting over and using either your own face or a picture as a reference, at least for where things are supposed to go, i.e., eyes in the middle of the head vertically, or whatever.

The Bailiff: He is the night (and thus, vampire) guard of the main (defense) hallway of the Queen's Pub.
He tries to keep the place bright, for tactical reasons, and well kept, just because he takes pride in his job. He is slightly overweight because, let's face it, he's under a lot of stress. All of us patrons of the Queen's pub should give him a round of applause, or just a round of drinks.

I learned a lot doing this chow, even though I had to rush it, and plan on using this when going back to my robot pic, which I think I'll make into a longer project, working an hour or two on it a day, if I can.
