Instead of having the gradient go from Blue-Black try and create a common color to compliment the blue. Blue-Light/Dark blue and for an even more realistic gradient Light blue-Darker blue.

thanks you for the advice
the main problem with my backgrounds is that i don't spend nearly enough time on them :/

Unlock the "background" layer (if you have one...the first thing I do is get rid of it, it is not necessary)....hold shift, select all of the layers...then flip horizontally or freetransform... or whatever

thank you so much, this will save me much time flipping each layer by itself and then dragging it to the right spot

Unfourtunatley for you kids i was trying to have a civil converstaion but what the heck is that anymore. The IQ in societys youth has dropped way bellow normal. Meaning whoever said i was a stupid tool whatever that means you can go piss off because i study art for a living unlike some people who mooch of their momma for a living. Well if you actually want to talk about anime i am discussing the poll on everyones favorite show.
Naruto
Gundam Wing
Lain
etc. use youre imagination

ahhh
hahahahahahahahahahahaha
stop posting
you sound like you're fucking about 90, and you still like shit like naruto and complain about people who "mooch off their momma" .
well
if you want a more civilized community with less children and teenagers, try conceptart.org
it kicks ass

the "i.q. of society" has not dropped way below normal, you just fail to realize that you get older, and as you do there are still the same age groups thinking the same things
thus, it is not society losing intelligence, it is your perspective changing

ahahahahahahahhhhhahah
seriously though your post was funny

it "drags" the other colors and such

i have both programs, but I hate corel painter. ugh

I LOVE babies. so kyoot X3 that's so typical girl, I know, lol.

it is quite cute, and well done

the collar bones (if that's what the middle parts are) shouldn't stick out so much if the baby's that fat
cuz it is super fat

or if they're neck muscles, babies don't have neck muscles for shit

badass art theh, though

Make straight line from the eye the back of the head, the draw a line straight up from the back of the jawbone, or an angled line in porportion to the angle of the head (which is tilted back somewhat in this case.)

Hope this helps.

Add little Darnellkids and überkids to the backround.
Ok. There you go. Any other suggestions/comments?

How is that possible, really?

Get rid of one of the darnellkids (or whatever the black ones are)
or at least change one of them, they're just copy-pasted and it looks bad

otherwise, submission is fine

Thanks, and I can easily rotate the armor and stuff so it's straight. The problem is that I draw with my head tilted :P

also, the nose looks like a pig-nose, might be because you are trying to draw the face in a different perspective then the rest of the body. i'd suggest drawing a regular nose to see if that would turn out better.

He sure is a pignosed chap. I'll fix the face later, probably after all the rest because faces are a bitch. His face should be in shadow at the end anyway, but thanks.

don't duplicate it completely, because that would look too much like a Christmas tree.

I don't think that would look good. Also it would make the sword too fucking hard to pull out of someone after you stabbed them. Would be like a one use blade.

Here's the sketch of the guy. THe blue lines are for armor, the black for person, and the red for chain mail.
