This is my COW37 entry that I didn't get to submit because the voting was made a day early.
I only had to do a background, too =(

Anyway, here's the description I would have given.

Destroyer of Mankind - Suuchirlere

The suuchirlere is a two legged bug that, much like the mosquito, feeds off of humans by sucking a substance out of them. Unlike mosquitoes, however, they do not feed on blood. They feed on the fats and cells found in the human brain, and do this by sticking their tail/probiscus in through the human's ear.
The reason mosquito bites itch is because of the chemical they secrete to stop you from feeling it when they feed off of you. The suuchirlere secretes a different substance, one that, instead of making the victim itchy, makes the unfortunate bitten person become irrationally angry within a few hours of the bite, an effect which lasts for several hours, or up to a day.
Because of the massive numbers of suuchilere now living on earth, there are now massive numbers of unnaturally angry and stupid (the suuchirlere do feed on brain cells) people living on earth also.
It is a matter of time before mankind destroys itself.

Sure, ms paint can come out with great stuff, but so can vegemite on toast, and I don't think most people would say it is a great way to create art, okay?

Yes they work with flash and yes they make your drawing better if you are good at drawing in real life. They aren't magic though.

It would almost definitely be a good idea to get a higher quality one but if that's all you can get that's better than a mouse I would guess. Depends on how much more you would like having a nice mouse for everything else too

Given the lack of smudging and blurring, and the fact that it is animate, I would assume that it is flash.
Also, I think mindchamber and stamper did the drawings.
