I'm in need of a female voice actor(or someone who can mimic a female voice) to dub the voice of Hahare of the series, Katar.

There's really nothing I can offer you but credit.

Nothing really
Possesses a not so typical voice
Must not be blonde cause they have these blonde accents that are a bit annoying, no offense.
