1. you put several stock images on different layers
2. you arranged the layers on top of one another until you got something you liked
3. you made some text from a pre-made font in ps
4. turned the opacity down on some things, and rotated them
5. used the dodge and burn tool
6. and you re-sized stuff

real hard work.
