The Playboy industry's sales must be getting awfully low in order to do this for their magazine. I mean I guess this is actually pretty interesting for being the first for the magazine of featuring a cartoon character.

Eh, wonder if Playgirl will show Homer.

What do you want in the NG Store? Posted October 19th, 2009 in General

After looking in the art section here at our very own Newgrounds, I was looking at a very superb piece of art, a plush of none other than, Bitey! I loved how well done the plush and every possible thing about it; It would be an excellent piece for any Bitey, or simply Newgrounds fan.

Now for the reason of the making of this here thread, eh? Well I just wanted to basically hear all of your very own decisions of what merchandise should become featured at the Newgrounds store. Whether it be a figure, a beanie, a hat, or a BlockHead Condom!

Now of course do to legal reasons most items you expressed will most likely never see the light of day in the NG Store... mostly all of them you suggest most likely... but hey, we all can dream, eh?

It's pretty obvious this was a hoax after Falcon said "You said we could do this for a show."

I met Stephen King, Wes Craven, Seth Green, THE person who approves Adult Swim stuff, The Robot Chicken Creators, Lou Ferrigno, The Hell Boy cast and that's currently all the famous people I have met atm.

I would like to meet Stanley Kubrick... but that's not going to ever happen obviously. :P

Response to: Scariest game you have played? Posted October 17th, 2009 in General

Games don't particularly scare me as they did way back in the day, as when I was playing The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time trying to walk past the Re-Deads.

I mean, damn, as a little kid that scared the hell out of me, with the scream they give and freeze you...

But then they of course made the Wind Waker, and they lost their shock value.

Response to: Madness Combat Crew Posted October 17th, 2009 in Clubs & Crews

The drive can't resurrect anyone, but the Higher Powers CAN.

The drive has kept Tricky going in life and made him stronger, functioning in his brain cavity; But the Higher Powers were the ones that resurrected Tricky as stated by Krinkels himself.

I don't know if I am wrong as there isn't really any dialogue in the Madness Series and this is all a hypothesis, but I am led to believe that The Improbability Drive can only cause chaos
and mayhem, and bend reality, etc.

If I am mistaken (haven't watched the series in awhile), please correct me.

Lolchristians.

I think all this stupid hype that has come up like "its so scary nobody wants to see it twice" is just a really stupid and overused (free) marketing plan. They are just manipulating people on the internet in the same way that the Blair Witch Project did to get attention.

You really can't particularly compare this to any other movie. It has the same atmosphere as the Blair Witch Project, but it was nothing like it. Just sitting in the movie theatre clueless as what you are about to watch (As the previews show basically nothing) and wait till it unfolds.

It wasn't a movie that was like, "DID YOU SEE THAT OMG!!!!111," it was just shocking for it's eerie and creepy atmosphere, making you ponder as to what happened, or what will.

Is it a masterpiece?, no, but it is one of those little could-be gems of the horror genre.

Response to: Paranormal Activity... Posted October 17th, 2009 in General

I thought when I saw it that it was just going to be things popping out judging by the audiences reactions, but it was more like the Blair Witch Project, having weird, creepy unexplainable things happen.

I am a hardcore horror movie fanatic and thought that this movie was definitely worth seeing at least once. The suspense was there, and you just didn't know what was going to happen next, AT ALL.

People were protesting about the movie outside our theatre because of one of the scenes; they complain to the manager everyday almost about that movie.

It was so scary for some people that someone threw up even; I almost stepped in it. :P

Response to: Newgrounds Sig Makers Posted October 16th, 2009 in Clubs & Crews

Hello good sirs! :P

I would like to roughly have something along the lines of a signature with Dad from the whole Dad's (At) Home/Work and recent game, and Dad from the game "Chainsaw the Children" and "Dad N' Me" with one of the characters on one side (right or left) and the other one on the opposite side.

I want the signature to say, "Who's your Daddy?" in the middle in Red bubble text.

Sorry if this is too demanding but I would greatly appreciate it, and of course credit will be given. :D

Response to: whatever happened to salad fingers? Posted October 16th, 2009 in General

Salad Fingers will always hold a place in Newgrounds, even if there is not a frequent (or at all?) amount of Flashes of Salad Fingers, he will always be remembered for his weird, bizarre, and creepy flashes.

I love Salad Fingers and all of David Firth's work; One day hopefully we will see another Flash of him.

So are those two guys from the earlier episode sanford and deimos?
Yes they are, and well done for getting that. I'm sure not so many of us made that connection. Although someone did and told everyone.

I'm glad that it's clarified, I thought that as well, but was unsure as I thought they got crushed by the building from the Improbability Drive.

But with Hank and everyone coming back to life, eh... they are probably still alive. :P
