It's cutting out borrowed games completely to by the way and that helps the industry...
How does letting friends borrow games help? They can just complete the game while they have it, and you can get it back and distribute it to others. It's the physical equivalent to piracy.
AND it makes sense that EA removed online passes for just this reason. There's a rather large difference between judging a book by it's cover AND AN ENTIRE EVENT DEDICATED TO SHOWING OFF WHAT A CONSOLE CAN DO AND WHAT IT'S ABOUT.
Why dismiss something off an initial reveal? Didn't people ever tell you not to judge a book by it's cover?
It's not a bandwagon, if the reasons for hating something are legitimate reasons.
Whoa, hey with the caps.
Doesn't it make more sense to show what it can do at E3, where more people are watching, or at least have the oppurtunity to?
If you would use your head, if they showed all the XBOX One could do a that review, what would they have to show at E3?
Nothing.
I can get the used game fee to an certain extent, but witl all this talk about "its just a cable box lol" and "does it even play games ROFL" is fucking sacrileige. People are getting all piss faced about it because of "no gams".They are also pissed about the required internet connection,
Disproven my MS themselves
required Kinect,
You don't need to use the Kinect. I don't see how this is a problem at all, especially when the damn things ships with it.
and the fact that your Kinect is always on and watching and listening at all times.
I think they got the patent just for a failsafe if they ever wanted a feature like that.

Hi there, I sure that you like to play video games. Also, their is a possibility that you are excited for the new Xbox One or the PlayStation 4. Well, After the press conference for PS4 and Xbox One and PS4 I am vary sure that you want to get a base ball bat; whack them in the back of the head. Don't worry, I feel the same way. (Meanly one the Xbox One.)
Xbox One:
1: Who the idiot who decided to call it the "Xbox One" it would save them maybe a lot if they called it some Multi-Media device instead of the "Xbox One".
The name comes from the device actually having multi media, since most entertainment media is being put into an all in one package.
2: The memory on the new Xbox has I think 500GB. (Please forgive me if I am wrong.) And as a gamer myself, and all the games that I play, that can easily be gone in weeks maybe a month or so.
Console games don't take up that much space. You're right, it may suck for someone who wants a huge library, but hopefully MS will beef up the cloud saving
3: A Halo movie? How does this have to do with the Xbox One?! However, I grew up with halo and I'm a little excited for the movie. (Knowing that I have watched Forward on to Dawn.)
I think it's a promotional thing.
4: The reason why I think it should be called a multi media it's because it focuses less on the games
Slow your roll. The games that you all crave for will be at E3, which is like a week away
and more on Television, Skype, and other stuff.
Just because it features it doesn't mean its the selling point.
If Microsoft does not understand this I will get a hammer and pound it in to its bran. THIS IS FOR GAMERS.
Video game consoles don't need to be limited to just video games. Why restrict it to one thing when you can do many other tasks?
NOT FOR MOTHERS OF OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS. IF WANTED TO DO THIS THEY CAN EASILY SKYPE AND NETFLIX ON THERE IPHONES. IPHONES!!!!!!!!!!!
Not everyone has smartphones, and again, why limit a system's capabilities just to keep up a label to the mainstream?
5: The look of the Xbox One looks meanly like a VSR. I adamant it looks clean but other than that it looks like something from the 90s.
I don't particuarly care for the look of it because most of the time my eyes are looking at the TV.
6: The new Kinect looks even more hard to put on top of your TV. Plus they will watch you. (I'm not sure about that.)
Nothing velcro tape can't fix
7: If you bought a game it will permanently be burned into your system. And as a addition you will half to pay a fee again to play the game. Lets say that my father payed $60 for this game and now he has to pay an extra fee. And lets say one day that your best friend has a game that you wanted to play in a vary long time. You come over to his house and ask him for the game and for the Xbox One and he says, "says sorry man, I can't do that." Than you point your gun to your head and blow your brains out. Yes, that's right, you can't barrow games witch means Game Fly (Witch I am vary found of.) And game stop will lose a little less money.
The only people benefitting from used games is Gamestop and consumers. If the demand for used games suprasses the demand for new, nobody would be out there buying new games, and then the used games pool would dry up. Nobody would pay for the new games because of their price, so developers would be forced to sell their games at lower prices, and then they lose money because of it.
8: The controller doesn't look that new. It looks like a updated version of the original Xbox.
Final verdict: This is one big middle finger to Xbox fans. Microsoft has proved to me that they could care less about the games and more on are money. This is VARY disappointing.
Its only disappointing to those who are really huge on used games or can't wait for E3.

How is waiting for E3, where I don't know, a couple million gamers watch anually to judge the Xbox One considered trolling. The reveal even started at 10AM, where a lot of people were at work or school. It makes much more sense to hold the gaming aspect for the designated gaming convention
.
It's been confirmed that you have to pay a fee for used games

Wait until E3.
They couldn't talk much about games compared to the PS4's reveal because of the proximity to E3. The PS4 was revealed in Febuary, btw.
If they talked all about games, there wouldn't be anything to show at E3, totally wasting an oppurtunity. Please hop off the "xboc on suckz loll1111" bandwagon and wait until they actually show some more things before believing wind rumors sites create for viewers and being convinced all it can do is stream TV
Come on Newgrounds, I thought you were smarter than this. Sure the reveal could of been much better, but what matters here, the end product or the initial reveal?
also no offense but if you are in the middle of the tornado alley, why wouldn't you invest in some way to protect against tornadoes?
i know it was EF4 but still the schools had no tornado shelter and 80% of the houses had no basement
People who are immature and have a lack of discipline
I like it like any other animation style, but I am particularly put off by how highly pitched the female voices are. I swear that I won't be able to hear them by age 30.
I was 2 at the time so probably at a day care or at home.

We can't afford "unwanted stuff", and we also cant afford to invest into things with a reasonable payout.
You have to balance the equation. You can't have hardworking but do not know how to spend the money in most reasonable way.
We stopped subscribing to cable, and I can only get games and shit when other relatives gives me money for christmas or my birthday, and that is usually around 100$. We aren't leasing Escallades.
Also, a lot of rich people do work from ground up
That is one hell of a joke. The only people who actually worked to get rich (at least in the US) were the 1st gen big business owners, like Sam Walton.
and to certain moment they can create tons of money by just doing little works. And the side of equation I'm talking about is smartness.
They just hire a CEO and then take all of the profit. It doesn't take much of a genius to do that.

Americans love fascism. Look at how many people LOVE Obamacare
if people are required to get auto insurance, then so should we be required to get health insurance. For an uninsured person, just breaking your arm can turn your finances upside down, and hospitals are forced to treat them if they go to the ER.
and bailouts.
Hoover already showed that laissez-faire didn't work for shit. Bailouts are needed in order to keep the economy on the path of recovery

I would like to know when "sympathy whores" began crawling out of the woodwork now. As I said, if you have trouble with a bully, then do something about it, but don't piss and moan on the Internet because that accomplishes nothing.
What if that kid is abused at home and is an neglected child?
What if the principal or the school counselor doesn't care?
What if the oppressors threaten violence if the bullied turns them in?
Bullying builds character for the future sociopaths.
I would recommend watching this if you are still on the fence about this.
It's better if you think of it as an documentary.
I'm not trying to control anyone. People need to know that cruelty to others, even when it is fueled by hormonal shifts, is wrong. If we expect sociopaths not to commit mass murders even when the odds are stacked against them for them not doing it, we should expect teenagers to have some self-discipline and not like an total asshat.
I still don't get how greeting someone by calling them a faggot every time you pass is justified.

only 1/3 of kids bully, but that is still way too high.
you need to get over your idea that growing up with no adversity or challenges is a good thing.
the thing is that bullying isn't a "challenge" or an "adversity". it's kids pushing others to suicide because of dumb shit, and this isn't natural because this teachers from the earlier years of pulbic education didn't put up with this shit. there isn't a justification for hate
But tell you what, as soon as you stop popularity from mattering or hormones from effecting judgement we can talk about "bullying"
if you are implying people shouldn't succumb to suicidal tendencies, then kids shouldn't act on hormones that push them to bully
