Alright, I think this is a good idea, but, give me your feedback.
Ok, whenever you hover over a portal title it gives you information
on the file, for instance: Filesize, Author, Rating ( A, B, C, D, F ) and current score. I think it would be great if it also said what type of file it is. ( Movie, Game ). That would just kinda make things easier and such. If anybody else has any feedback or whatever, just post it here. Thanks for your time.

Oh, I always thought that If I voted 5, and my power was 5, it would raise a score from, say, 3.00 to 3.05. So the whole voting power thing Is sort of useless? I think that if you could raise or lower a score by your voting power, that would be awesome. :D
