I find it ironic that the liberals, who are {or were} supposed to be for more personal freedoms, now want to try and restrict what we want to say, even if it is the absolute truth. As a free speech advocate, the government shouldn't be telling us what to think and say, or even so much as influence what we say, but I guess somewhere along the road, we kind of got sidetracked due to all the political correctness that has grown out of hand.

What the immigrants are doing is illegal,{thus the term illegals applies.} and while most of them have good intentions in mind, there are a good amount of them that come here and act like America owes them something, which makes them no better than leeches. Anyone telling you otherwise is a jackass and a liar, because it's right under their noses, and they somehow don't even know it.

The problem with a universal standard of morality is that it would be virtually inflexible and leave no room for moderation or anything in-between. Hence, there is no single set of morality code that is the same or even similar in a lot of aspects. For example, a bible thumping minister might think that sex outside of marriage is immoral and wrong, while the high school pervert wouldn't give a damn.

It all depends on the person's perspective.

Not really, but what if people found a loophole that allowed a random person to shoot me in face? Yeah, I would.

Those are 2 different situations that are very far apart.

Maybe the Japanese whaling boats should've been armed to the teeth, then the eco-pirate scum won't mess with them anymore. Plus, some of the Inuit people in Alaska kill whales too, why don't they go after them?

Sadly, yes they did. Even though they did get Richardson, they always seem to do stupid shit in the draft all the time, whether it making stupid picks, or just finding ways to throw the few talented players they have under the bus. Now, they are rumors that they are going to trade what's left of McCoy and repeat the same mistake with Weeden. This is one of many reasons why I never root for them is because they have idiots everywhere, both in management and in coaching, it's no wonder why they finish last in the AFC North almost every year.

As for who will be better QB between Luck and RG3, I'm going with Luck. True, the Colts have absoulte shit on their roster, and he'll have a rocky 1st season, but in the long term, I see Luck as a Super Bowl contending QB, whereas RG3 is simply a slightly better Vince Young or even a Akili Smith.

What I don't understand is why was everyone going crazy for RG3, he only had 1 good year at Baylor, largely due to the fact the teams they played in general played no defense whatsoever. I mean, if other Big 12 QBs in the past barely had success in the NFL, if at all, what's going to make him different from the rest?

Not to mention the fact that they love to hop on the bandwagon when their teams are winning, {Red Sox and Patriots in recent years} and trash them when they lose.

Moving on, here are my predictions for the Conference Semi-finals.

Western Conference:

2. St. Louis Blues vs. 8. Los Angeles Kings: Going with the Blues in 5. I can't really see the Kings being a Stanley Cup contender this year, even when they whipped Vancouver the way they did. The Blues on the other hand, I feel like they're on the cusp of being a championship contender now and in the future.

3. Phoenix Coyotes vs. 4. Nashville Predators: Predators in 6. Nashville has an excellent defense and goalie, and I can't see the Coyotes score enough goals to make a difference.

Eastern Conference:

1. New York Rangers vs. 7. Washington Capitals: I've got to go with the Rangers in 6. The Capitals are playing with house money at this point after beating Boston, but I don't think they have enough to take down King Henrik.

5. Philadelphia Flyers vs. 6. New Jersey Devils: I feel like this series will go the full 7, and I'm going with the Flyers to win the series. They have to have a lot of confindence after beating the piss out of the Pens.

Considering how old Weeden will be at the start of the season, {29 as a rookie.} something tells me that they will be drafting another franchise QB within the next few years.

Music, like a lot of other entertainment mediums, have a large amount of genres and sub-genres that a lot of people enjoy, and some don't really like it when some on the outside criticizes their choice of music for whatever reason.

To some extent, we listen to music every day and depending on the person, the level of enjoyment range from ear bleeding to stimulating and everything in between. Because of the psychological effects on people, generally in a positive way, it's naturally going to be a polarizing issue whenever certain genres are mentioned in the same sentance. {For example: genre X is so much more better than genre Y and so on.}

I wouldn't say that NG is dead, as much as it's on life support.

Once upon a time, people actually voted by what they saw on a flash movie/game, and if was bad, then it got blammed, unless the Clock Crew or whatever crew decided to mass-save it. Now it seems like almost everyone seems to have a shitload more saves than blams, probably because more and more hipsters started to come in, and felt that the number of saves would make them more important, and have the right to stroke their e-penis anytime, anywhere.

I've also noticed that many of the adult movies and games that originally attracted a lot of people to here {who can forget the old porno ads they had before?} are on the back burner now. I get that NG was supposed to be much more "mature" and all, but after the new redesign, there's isn't an adult tab on there anymore, which I always find it rather unusual before.

And why do you think Kansas City would be a good place for hockey ?

Well, I figured that Phoenix, Miami and Tampa have hockey teams as of now, even though those places aren't exactly hockey hotbeds, and the former 2 have really no history of major playoff success, {'96 Panthers are the exception.} or having huge or at least noticeable fanbases that would make them stand out. I mean, for 20 years or so, the NHL has did a lot to expand their game to the South, with so-so results at best, but even with that, I don't think that they are going to stop expanding, or at least relocating their lesser known teams every so often.

Plus, it's not like Kansas City hasn't had a hockey team before, {although with little success} so they have that going for them. If Columbus has a hockey team, and will host the All-Star Game next year, {despite having virtually no history of hockey whatsoever.} why not Kansas City, which are similar size markets?

Oh, and the Flyers finally closed out the Pens today, which made me very happy. Who knows, if we get Ottawa in the second round, then there should be no reason why Philly wouldn't be favored in the next couple of series.

True, there are some teams in America that only sell out a few times, if ever. But considering that Winnipeg got their own franchise from the old Atlanta Thrashers, I would've thought that they would put a relocating team to an American city next, in an attempt to even it out. Unless Toronto wants to have another team, about the only Canadian cities that would be able to support an NHL franchise would either be Hamliton, Quebec city, or Saskatoon.

I would think that Kansas City would be a logical choice, considering it wasn't that long ago that the Penguins were considering moving there if they didn't get out of bankrupcy, and KC built an arena in a hope that they would land either an NBA or NHL team.

I'm not a huge fan of all of the gimmick motion control hardware out there, {PS move, Kinect, etc.} honestly, I just think it's too cheesy and there are still a lot of kinks out there for it to be truly embraced by the rest of the gaming world. Maybe when they get to the point where they would get the technology perfected, then I might reconsider, but I'm content on having a physical controller in my hands, than being a controller.

Also, I hate these people who trash the Call of Duty franchise, especially those who haven't played the games beyond the first Modern Warfare. I get that Bobby Kotick is a huge douche, and IW isn't the same when West and Zampella left, but it's not like anyone is forcing you to play these games and it's not like these games are terrible. Simply put, if you don't like the series, don't play the games, and stop talking about them, because judging by the sales and people who play COD online, they must be doing something right, contrary to what hipsters say.

There are many games that I can think of that I would consider underrated, but the most pressing example would be any fighting game not named Street Fighter {or Capcom}, Tekken or MK. Granted, games like Guilty Gear, Melty Blood and BlazBlue would be considered niche titles by gamer standards, but most of them happen to be as enjoyable and sometimes more than the bigger name fighters.

As for overrated, I would go with Demon's Souls. {although you can make a case that it's underrated as well.} While it's a decent game and certainly a challenge to play, I don't think it's worth all of the hype that the fans and even critics are giving it, considering that the enemies are very cheap and unforgiving, the fact that you can't pause to even think of a strategy which means you have to do everything on the fly, and in general, it's more frustrating and tedious than fun. While I do appreciate a challenging game now and then, a game that would be considered cheap and frustrating on this magnitude will ruin whatever interest I had of playing or recommending this game to anyone except for the hardcore.

Sounds like your team is the opposite of mine. While our season starts out with a game against the Ravens (the team that made it to the AFC Championship game last year), the next five games after are pretty easy with gimmie games against the Browns (twice), Jaguars, and Dolphins. In addition to that, we'll have a fairly close match-up in the Washington game as we'll get to take on RG3 when he's young and only three games into his NFL career. So, I'm easily seeing a 5-1 start for us this season.

You're right, the Bengals should be able to start out of the gates 5-1, or at worst, 4-2. Browns, Jags and Dolphins are easy victories right there, the Redskins game can go either way, but we should win that game and the Ravens game is the toughest, although we seem to do pretty well against them on Monday Night, so we got that at least.

However, things will get much harder for us after that with two games against the Steelers, a game against America's Team, a grudge match against Carson Palmer's Raiders, a visit from each Manning Brother in home games against the Broncos and Giants, a Thursday trip to Philadelphia for a bout against the Eagles, and another season finale against the Ravens. Experts are saying that our team's schedule has an extremely difficult backend and I really can't disagreee with them. Following our bye in Week 8, things get really tough.

The only real good news is that we get most of them at home, and young teams usually do better at home than on the road. While I imagine that the AFC West teams are average at best, the NFC East teams are quite the opposite. Giants and Eagles are certainly going to be contenders, and you never really know what you're going to get with the Cowboys, and then finish it off at Steelers and the Ravens, we'll see if they can earn their salt in the 2nd half.

I'm not too worried, though. I figure that if our team does well in the first part of the season (5-1 would be a great start) we can probably power through the second part of the season and at least match where we were last season with nine wins. Here's hoping.

9 or 10 wins sounds about right. What's more important is that we can be consistent about winning every season, considering how we have one good season only to take a step back the next year. If everything works out, we should be able to compete for the divisional crown, partly because I've got to imagine that the Steelers will be taking a step back considering that it's an older team, and the offense possibly be in a state of flux with their new OC going after Roethlisberger, and the Browns, well they're the Browns.

Even though I had fun playing this game, particularly with the cheats for weapons and invulnerability whenever you want, the game itself was pretty rudimentary in the sense that it had a wacky camera control and no crosshairs or aim boxes that you would see in most other shooters.

I really do think that State of Emergency and the sequel are really more novelty than anything else, considering it came just after GTA 3, and pretty much the only thing that you do is to create chaos, while destroying the Corporation on the side.

It's unfortunate, but I do see a possiblity that the kickoff will be eliminated unless the kickoff returners just take a knee and take the touchback, or go out of bounds more often, which will accomplish very little. The main reason why the NFL is constantly adjusting the kickoff in recent years is try to reduce the risk of concussions, considering that the defenders are going at high speeds to get after the KR, in which physics take over. If the former players win a lot of cases against the NFL in court, then the kickoff will be one of things that will be on the chopping block.

In other news, the schedules was released today, and the Bengals will have 3 games in prime time, the first Monday Night game in Baltimore , a Sunday night game against the Steelers at home on Oct. 21st, and a Thursday night game against the Eagles on Nov. 13th. It'll do well for them to win at least 2 of these games.

Apparently, the schedule makers seem to hate the Giants, giving them the hardest schedule this season yet again, but I guess when you win 2 Super Bowls and have an elite QB at the helm, no schedule is too tough for them. As for the Browns, well, looking at who they have to face and considering the talent that they have now, there's a huge possiblity that they can go 0-16, or at least end up with the number 1 pick in next year's draft.

I've officially given up on Vancouver. Even though I believe that they should've won the Cup last year, the way that they are embarrassing themselves by getting whipped by the L.A Kings, THE KINGS of all teams, now I know why they didn't win last year, and they'll won't have a chance in hell either now or in the future.

Granted, when Daniel Sedin went down, I kind of expected them to struggle somewhat, maybe try to rally around Hendrik, Kesler and Luongo and at least get to the Conference Finals, but I was sorely mistaken. They are the Western equivalent of the Washington Capitals of a few years ago, conquer the regular season only to get bitch slapped out of the playoffs soon after. That's what they get for trying to play cute in a game where you have to be tough, never mind trying to burn down your city after losing the Stanley Cup, once in '94 and again last year.

Now I'm just hoping that Philly puts the final nail on the coffin of the Penguins, those bitches deserve to be swept for their unprofessional attacks in Game 3. As a Bengals and Reds fan, I have a pretty healthy hatred of Pittsburgh sports teams, {even though I really do pity the Pirates for being so horrible the last 20 years or so.} so to see them fall apart and get swept will bring joy to my heart.
