You see the difference between them and the "vocalists" of today is that they sing and don't scream.

Lol. Subjective term.

They are both great tools for keeping in touch with friends.

I don't get why people hate on them so much.

This.

Also Impending Doom are x100 worse than JFAC.
Just another cut&paste Christian Deathcore preachy band. Eugh.

I actually kinda like the new JFAC album, has some decent Death Metal qualities.

I assume its not all clean vocals though - the rest of the album...?

Yeah, they use growls about just as much as cleans.

Seriously, they sound amazing. I don't know why I haven't heard of them, but I have something to listen to now for the next week or so.

Duff and I had a discussion after I mentioned them a while ago, they are one of my all time favourite bands at the moment.

Make sure you get the album Altered Genesis, it's by far their best :)

Yea that's pretty much on the mark.

But they're a lot more Melodic/Atmospheric/Epic than other bands of that type.

This is a favourite of mine from their newest album.

But Metal has a lot of technical merits, making room for it to evolve more technically and progressively.

That's a really dissapointing release for Belphegor, all their previous albums have been great, loved them all, now this...

Guy's it's okay!

I *acquired* the whole album and listened to it.

It's a lot like Pestapokalypse IV... which is a good thing IMO.

So now you should all listen to this album.

It make me think of Rammstien crossed fused with black metal, minus the electronic sounds ._.

Pelican 's new album 'What We All Come To Need' is great.

But it's not really as memorable as City of Echoes so far.
