I have a idea, I think that all artists should sign up on a different kind of account on Newgrounds.com, you have to sign up as an artist to become one, you give your info and everything, therefore if somebody starts doing a buncha crap they can be banned from putting movies in the portal...what does everybody think?

(if possible try and get their computers IP address so they cant just sign up under different name and other bull crap.)

In my personal opinion G. W. Bush did the best job, militarialy, because we kicked ass in Operation Desert Storm

In my personal opinion Clinton did the best monatarialy wise, the economy stayed up, but he may have led to the drop in 2000, but kept it up for 8 years.

I believe that there should be a 51 kb minimum for flash movies...I don't know one good movie thats under 50 BUT I do know about 10000 that have been under 50 kb such as the dumb ones putting a dick in a butt, this would weed out a little bit of the useless time wasting crap, ANYBODY WITH ME?
