I'd start smaller. You can't really jump in and expect to make a full-length game as amateurs.... do what I do and make small rip-off garbage flash.

I guess I should have done some research.

I was thinking, and I thought a really good idea for a collab would be having a song collab - i.e. one person makes a short musical progression in whatever style they want (30 seconds or 16 bars or whatever) and then send their project file to the next collab member, who adds their own part until you make a whole song with different evolving musical ideas and styles.
Would this actually work? Or is it a bit complicated and would end up with people screwing up other people's projects and not emailing them forward etc. Anyway, thoughts?

Well it depends. Some people are normal off NG, and annoying on it, and others the opposite. It's kind of like how some people are really different on MSN etc,
