Gang wars requires stage 3 or at least stage 2+ AI which can not be accomplished in flash without it just being a gateway between you and java which I doubt (sorry for the doubt) you can do (unless you control all)

Hostage taking? can be done, but pretty complex if you can take more then one.

Thats wat i ment burgle hostage taking involves driving running any meens possible to take the hostage to the area in wich it ses and if you can beet the time you win
