Script 004
Bass in a Bad Mood

Bass: GET ME OUT OF THIS CAPSULE!! I?M WARNING YOU, I?M A LOT STRONGER THAN I LOOK!!
Bass is in a capsule in a different room from Megaman?s. Protoman?s capsule is next to him.
Proto: It?s pointless to scream. They?re just healing us. You should actually thank them.
Bass: I?LL THANK THEM KINDLY TO HOLD STILL SO I CAN KICK THEIR-
Alia: You?re sure in a bad mood? I wonder if we shouldn?t have revived your dog.
Treble is next to Alia and Zero.
Treb: Gruff! Gruff!
Bass: Treble! Am I glad to see you! (points to Zero) Rip him to shreds!
Treb: Wimper, wimper?
Zero: Sorry, but he isn?t going to betray the one who revived him personally with his data intact.
Bass punches the glass door several times.
Bass: Just let me out!
Zero: The door is made from a see-through titanium alloy. You?d have a better chance of beating me up than breaking that door.
Proto: Hmmm? Hey Bass, Megaman just gave me info via comlink.
Bass: What!? He?s still alive!? GODDAMMIT! Whenever or wherever I am, he still has to be around to ruin everything. If it wasn?t for him changing the way I lived, I would have never become treacherous!
Proto: You chose to be treacherous! It?s not his fault, it?s yours!
So shut up and let this guy explain!
Bass is astonished. In all the time he knew Protoman, he never saw him show so much emotion. There is a long silence before Zero speaks.
Zero: Ahem! Well, if you two are ready to get out of the capsule and get your upgrades?
Bass: I don?t need upgrades.
Proto: I won?t let anyone touch me?
Alia: If you don?t want to, then I guess you don?t want to destroy Sigma.
Bass: Sigma? Hmmm, whoever he is, he sounds powerful? No one should be more powerful than me? Okay I?ll do it?
Proto: Me too. There?s nothing more that I like than a good challenge.
Bass: By the way, blondie, what?s your name?
Alia: Hmmph! It?s Alia. You didn?t have to be so rude!
Bass blushes.
Bass: Errrr? Actually, I was talking to him.
He points to Zero.
Zero: It?s Zero.
Bass stands for a moment. He finds the name familiar.
Bass: (quietly) I think I heard about you somewhere?
Zero: Huh? You say something?
Bass: Nevermind? Just give me my upgrades?
Alia: Alright then! Let?s go.
Protoman and Bass follow her to the upgrade room.
Script 005
The Brand New Look

Megaman is walking down a hall to the upgrade room. We see Alia there.
Alia: Ah! You must be Megaman! Lets get your upgrade started.
Megaman cocks his head to the side.
MM: Are you an upgraded form of Roll?
Alia: Roll? Who?s Roll? I?m Alia!
Megaman walks around Alia, studying her. He looks at her from head to toe before he speaks.
MM: You look at lot like her, but prettier.
Megaman looks at her arms, her legs, and her hair.
MM: Same color hair too.
He pulls on it.
Alia: OW! Quit it, Megaman!
MM: Ooops! Sorry about that!
Megaman lets go.
MM: Sorry. Sorry!
Alia: (sigh) It?s okay. Boy, you sure are goofy. (Giggles)
Megaman blushes.
MM: Ahah, uhhhh, yeah!
Alia: (giggles) Come on, lets get you some new armor.
MM thinking to self: Boy, she sure is pretty?
Megaman shakes his head.
MM: Wait for me, Alia!
Alia tells him to step into the capsule and wait a minute.
MM: Are you sure it is safe and painless?
Alia: Of course it is! Don?t be afraid.
MM: O-okay, I-if you s-say so?
Alia turns on the machine. A bright flash surrounds Megaman, and when the flash leaves, Megaman looks better. His armor shines. His helmet more rounded and harder. His legs tall and strong.
Alia: Wow! You look like a miniature X!
MM: Really? Wow, I look cool! I mean, uh, I feel great!
Alia: Come on, lets get Protoman and Bass upgraded.
MM: Wait! You think you could give Rush an upgrade?
Alia: Hmmmm?

Script 007
Something Familiar

We see Bass, Protoman, and Megaman walk out of the upgrade room. All of them have new armor and weapons. Megaman?s weapon is a rapid fire Buster, and when you press the shoot button quickly, Megaman shoots 8 shots in 1 second.
Protoman has a sword that extends like a chain. You can control the direction by using the up, down, or back buttons. When it hit?s the ceiling, you can swing with it. Useful for crossing pits.
Bass has a double buster. When his buster charges up, he can shoot one charged blast, and then the second one will be more powerful.
Treble, Beat, and Rush were also upgraded.
Before I tell you about them, let me explain explore mode. Explore mode is a 3d area, where you choose one of the animals to search some of the stages you defeated. Then you could reach certain items you never could get before. You can also find power crystals to use to create extra lives, power ups, and health containers.
Treble, when used in explore mode, can withstand any lava pits or other large heat sorces, allowing him to search for more power crystals in certain areas. When fused with Bass, Bass gains claws, a tail, and purple armor. When his charge cannon is at maximum, he dashes to the right, destroying all enemies in his path. This is also useful for crossing large gaps.
Rush?s upgrades allow him to use more gadgets. Like rush coil, jet, search, bomb, dash, cycle, sword, shield, submarine, adapt, and adapt level 2. Adapt allows him to fuse with Megaman, like in Megaman 7. Adapt L2 allows Rush to fuse in a different way with mega man. Megaman gains a lot of power, with blasters on his shoulder, double charge busters, and more speed. You get adapt 2 after you find a Doctor light capsule made to upgrade mega man. It is in Metalligators explore stage. Also, in explore mode, Rush is a lot more faster, so he can move over traps, and dodge them a lot easier than Beat or Treble.
Finally, Beat has upgrades too.
Beat has the ability to fly short distances, which allows Beat to cross gaps in explore mode. When you find a capsule for Protoman, you can get the Beat adapt, where Beat fuses with Treble, Rush, and Protoman. When fused, Protoman gains the ability to use an energy shield, temporarily jet upwords, and use a more powerful sword.
Now back to the story.
Rush and Treble: Ruff! Ruff!
Beat: Tweet! Tweet!
MM: Rush!
Bass: Treble!
Protoman: Beat!
All three of them run towards Rush, Treble and Beat and start hugging and petting them.
Rush: Ruff ruff!
MM: Oh Rush! You don?t know how much I missed you!
Bass: Hello old friend. (Pats Trebles head) It has been too long?
Treble: Grruuuff! Grruuuff!
Proto: Hello, Beat. Didja miss me?
Beat: Tweet! Tweet!
X walks up behind the and turns to them.
X: A-HEM! Hate to break up the reunion, but you guys gotta go to the briefing room.
Axl appears as well.
Axl: Yeah, you don?t wanna be late for your mission specs.
MM: Mission specs? What mission specs?
Axl: Well, you guys are gonna help us to defeat eight robot masters made by Sigma. Apparently, he found some of Wily?s reploids and combined them with his own.
Alia walks by.
Alia: Hi, everyone! Megaman, Bass, and Protoman? You guys have to come with me. I?ll give you your specs.
MM and Bass: Alright! I?m comin? Alia!
MM and Bass stare at each other.
Both: WHAT!? You like her too!?
X: AAA-HEEEM!! Get to the briefing room NOW!
Both: Yessir!
They run down the hall after Alia.
X: What am I going to do with those two? They act like children!
Proto: Sheesh. They?re thicker than eight walls of titanium.
Axl: I didn?t even know that 20XX types had emotions?. Oh well. As long as I get to boss them around. I hate being low on the authority list!
X: Correction; What am I going to do with the THREE of you?
Axl: Very funny, X. Very funny.

Sigh, for some reason, the commas have been replaced with question marks, along with some of the apostrophes and... what do you call this? "......" You know, where they are silent for a moment. Sorry about the errors, but you'll have to live with it.

Script 002
A Moment of Despair

All of the X team are sitting at a round table in the meeting room.
X: So, what you?re saying is Sigma cloned himself?
Zero: ?. Yes, and that Axl encountered one as well.
Axl: It?s true! His name was Alpha, and he said something about being combined with someone named Agile.
X: One of the X hunters. And Zero told me Violen was combined with Beta.
Zero: We?re in a whole lot of trouble.
X: Maybe, and maybe not. Axl, you said you brought in someone that looked like me. I believe I think I know who you?re speaking of.
Axl: Really? Who?
X: My prototype?

Script Three
The MM Team meets the MX team
We see Megaman unconscious in one of the capsules.
MM: Oohhhhhhh? Where? am I?
X: My question is, who are you?
X is standing right next to the capsule, with Megaman staring wide eyed at him.
MM: AUUGGGH! Oh man, whats? where? WHO ARE YOU?!
X: I am Megaman X? and I presume you are Megaman? my prototype.
MM: I?m confused? wait! Doctor Light mentioned you. You?re Megaman X!
X: I prefer X, and its been thirty years since Doctor light passed away?
MM: THIRTY YEARS!? YOU MEAN THE YEAR IS 21XX!!??
X: That is correct? We found you yesterday? In horrible condition?
MM: I was? Well? All I can remember is that this weird robot master called Sigma? He challenged me to a match. I never stood a chance but I had to fight? He said he planted a bomb on the critical points on the lab and if I didn?t fight him, he would destroy it.
X: Sigma still exists to this very day?
X looks down with clenched fists.
X: Even in the past he was a menace? I never knew?
MM: WAIT!! Where?s my dog, Rush?! And Protoman and Bass!? And Treble? And Beat? And?
X: HOLD IT! First lets get you out of the capsule. Then, describe to me? Slowly, who you are talking about?
MM describes to X about everyone.
X: Hahaha! Boy are you lucky. Just about everyone you describe is healing here as well!
MM: Are you serious? Alright! I gotta see my brother! And Rush and Beat and Bass and-
X: Woah woah wowowowooah wait a minute! First, lets upgrade you!
MM: Upgrade? Why do I need an upgrade?
X: Do you want your butt kicked by Sigma again?
MM: ?.Errr.. On second thought, where?s the upgrade room?

If you chose Axl?.

We see Axl walking into an abandoned factory. Electrical sparks come from the ceiling. Each time it sparks, it lights up the screen, which is helpful, since it is dark.
Axl: Alia, are you sure you saw Sigma run into here?
Alia on Comlink: We aren?t sure, Axl. It looked like Sigma, but it moved to fast to tell? Be careful?
Axl: You got it. Over and out.
-Stage Begins-
-Middle of Stage-
Axl: Man, this place is dark! I can barely see anything! Wait, what is that?
We see Treble, badly damaged and spread across the floor. Behind him is a capsule, holding a very rusty Gutsman.
Axl: This is too weird for words. Alia, do you read me? I found a 20XX reploid, and a Wolf reploid that seems like 21XX, but is dated 20XX.
Alia on Comlink: Okay, I?ll send them up. Wait, the 20XX reploid is awakening!
Gutsman shakes violently and breaks out of the capsule after Treble is teleported.
Axl: I have a bad feeling about this!
Malfunctioning Gutsman: I-I-I-I cruscrush you you you! I aaaamamam GutsGutsManmanaman!
-Mid Boss Battle Begins-
-Battle ends-
MalGutsman: NoNoNOOOOOO UnGWAAAUGH!
Axl: Poor reploid? It never had a chance? But I can?t think about him now? I gotta find Sigma!
-Stage Continues-
-Near End of Stage-
Axl walks through the Boss doors.
Alia on Comlink: Axl, We?re reading a high energy signal. And another one much weaker.
Axl: Two energy signals? There can?t be two Sigmas!
????: Actually, I should beg to differ?
A dark blue light teleports onto the screen. A tall, slender version of Sigma appears. It is Alpha.
Alpha: I am Alpha, a clone of Sigma. Thanks to the ingenuity of our new ally, part of Sigma?s design was fused with Agile, making me the fastest Maverick alive.
Axl: I don?t care how fast you are. I still will defeat you!
Alpha takes his sabre out. It is Agile?s sword combined with Sigma?s scimitar, making a sword more powerful than Zero?s.
Alpha: We shall see?.
-Boss Battle Begins-
Alpha can teleport within short distances. Afterwards, he attacks. You have to jump over him at that point. Then, shoot as much as possible before he teleports again. When Alpha has less than half his health, he starts to teleport more frequently before using his sword to make a crescent shaped laser, that does 15% damage, taking a chunk out of Axl?s health.
-Boss Battle Ends-
If you won?
Alpha: HAHAHAHA HAAAAA! It seems you have some power. Heh, but I was only using 4 percent of my power! You won?t defeat me next time!
Alpha teleports away.
Axl: Wait! Damn, I was so close! Oh well, I?m getting out of here.
Axl sees blue armor in the corner of his eye.
Axl: Is that X? What?s he doing here?
As Axl walks closer, we see that it isn?t X but Megaman in bad condition.
Axl: Is this X? It looks like a kid version. Better call Alia and get him out of here? Alia!
Alia on comlink: Yes Axl?
Axl: I have?. A damaged reploid here that needs help!
Alia on comlink: Alright Axl, preparing transport!
Axl and Megaman are teleported away.
If you lost?
Axl: Arrrgh! Owwww, that hurt. A lot.
Alpha: HAHAHA! If you thought that hurt, wait until I use 5 percent of my power! HAHA! Prepare for annhilation!
????: Unnggh? Annhilate this?
A charged blast hits Alpha directly in the gut.
Alpha: ARGGH! Why you? Who did that?! No matter. I?m outta here.
Alpha teleports away.
Axl: Hey, thanks X!
Axl turns around.
Axl: I thought I.. Was? a goner? Where?s X? And who are you?
Megaman is standing against a wall, holding his arm in pain.
MM: A? frr.. Friend? Uhhhh?
MM collapses.
Axl: Woah! Lets get you to our base! Alia, activate transport.
Alia on Comlink: Alright, preparing!
Axl and MM are gone.

Zero: Who are? NGGHHH! AUUGGH!
????: Heh Heh heh? with this remote, you won?t help yourself. You will only be able to do my commands. But it isn?t completely functional yet. It only restores your destructive programming temporarily. Heh heh heh?
Zero: NGGGHHGRRRAAARRRG! GET OUT OF MY HEEEEAD!!
????: Lets see your destructive power. Try defeating this clone I made of you. He knows all of your abilities. And he wants to kill you, to show that he is better! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Wily leaves.
Zero: Ungh!Kgg, Gill you! GILL YOU! KILL YOOOOOOUUU!!!
Zero has a maniacal expression on his face. His armor darkens to blood red. He is now Dark Zero.
Clone Zero: Heh, what a poor fool. Oh well. Lets see who is better, brother?.
Zero stops holding his head and stands up straight. His eyes are wide with anger and fury. An evil smile spreads on his face.
Dark Zero: HEHEHEHEH HEH HEEEEH!!! Bring it on. THERE AIN?T NO BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL! HAHAHAHA!
-Mid Boss battle begins-
During this battle, Dark Zero?s attack power increases the more he is damaged. With half his health taken, he can take a fourth of Clone Zero?s Health bar.
-Mid Boss defeated-
Clone Zero: Unnghh.. Damn. I didn?t expect you to be that strong? Unnnnnnggghhh.
Dark Zero: HAHAHAHA! I BET YOU DIDN?T EXPECT THIS EITHER!
Dark Zero dashes towards his clone and cuts him vertically in half.
Clone Zero: UNGGWWWAAAAAHHH!
Dark Zero: HAHAHAHA! HA- UNGRRRRHUUURRGH! NO! Not NOOOOOOOWWW! AARRRGH!!
Dark Zero falls to the ground. After a while, he wakes up and is normal.
Zero: Oh man. What happened? I remember that one guy tried to sneak up on me, but that?s all?
He starts walking away from the area.
Zero: Hey, what?s this?
Zero finds something buried in the ground. It has blue armor.
Zero: OH NO! IT?S X!
Zero hastily digs the ground up, and reveals Beat.
Zero: You?re not X?. But I?ll help you anyway? Alia? Do you read me?
Alia on comlink: Loud and clear Zero. Do you need anything?
Zero: Yeah. I got a damaged 20XX type animal reploid. Bird species.
Alia on comlink: First X and this dog? now this?
Rush on the comlink: Ruff! Ruff!
Zero: X teleported a dog? Well anyway, this one needs repair.
Alia on comlink: Okay, transporter activated. Transfer commencing!
Beat teleports to the base.
Zero: Alright, now lets continue.

-Near end stage-
Zero: The radiation levels are off the charts. Good thing I?m not a human?
A loud droning noise is heard and a rumbling starts.
Zero: Wait, what?s that noise? X must be in trouble? I?ve got to help him?
Zero walks toward to the door, but a purple light teleports in front of him.
It looks like Sigma, but more bulky and muscular.
Zero: Sigma? HAHAHAHA! Oh man, you put on some weight! HAHAHA!
Beta: Actually, my name is Beta. An enhanced clone combined with Violen. A deadly combo, don?t you agree?
Zero: A clone? Well, no matter. I?ll still defeat you!
Beta: Heheheheh! You wouldn?t last 2 seconds with me! But I am not your opponent. THIS is!
A glob of yellow goo falls down with a black energy core. It is Yellow Devil.
YD: GROOOORRAAGH!!! CRUSH ZERO!
Beta: Have fun with Yellow Devil, Zero! HAHAHA!
Beta teleports away.
Zero: WAIT! Damn! Looks like I have to fight this thing?
YD: GROOORGAARRGH! I? CRUSH YOU! I? KILL YOU!!!
-Boss Battle Begins-
When YD shoots his eyebeam, a hole in his gooey armor is revealed, leaving his eye in the center. That is when Zero should attack.
-Boss Battle ends-
YD: UGGGRHAAARRRGH! NOOOOOOO!
Zero: Whew! I am glad that?s over? Now to assist X!
Zero walks through the doors. We see the same ending as X?s. They discover Proto and Bass.

First stage, Hero selection.

You can chose Axl, Megaman X or Zero on the first stage. Probably the majority will be X and Zero. Megaman X has a B rank, Zero has a SA rank, and Axl has a C rank.

If you chose Megaman X?.

A blue laser teleports and Megaman X appears.

Megaman X: Alia, can you give me info on what I am searching for?
Alia over comlink: Our scanners show 2 weak signals coming from that sector. It could be someone in danger.
MMX: Alright, I?m on it. Over and out.
-Canyon Stage Begins-
_Middle of Stage
MMX: Man, this area is deserted. There?s no sign of life around here. Just high levels of radiation?
Suddenly, a large, damaged, mechanical hermit crab with a large W on its shell comes crashing down in front of MMX.
This is the same crab that you fought in Megaman 8
Crab: MusMUST? des desdesdes destroy? memememega?Megaman?
MMX: WOAH! This thing is huge! But why does it want to destroy me? Oh well, looks like I have to fight it!
Something is lodged in the crab?s claws.
MMX: What is that in its pincers? I?ll find out later after I defeat him.
-Mid-stage boss-
It uses the same strategy as in MM 8. In order to defeat it, you have to use a charged shot on the W to reveal its weak spot. Then, rapidly fire on it.
-Boss defeated-
MMX: Whew, that was difficult. Now, lets see what is it you?re holding.
As MMX tries hard to open it, he sees a glimpse of red armor.
MMX: OH NO! It?s Zero! (straining) Hurrrg? let.. Him?.. GO!
MMX rips the claws apart, revealing a badly, BADLY damaged Rush.
Rush: ?whimper whimper?
MMX: You?re not Zero? And I can?t just leave you here?
Alia on comlink: X? What?s going on there?
MMX: Hey, Alia? Perfect timing. You think you can teleport this dog back to the base?
Alia on comlink: What? Oh, sure? Preparing transport.
Rush is teleported to the base.
MMX: Okay, back to business. I got to find that energy signal.
-continues stage-
-end of stage-
MMX: This is where the energy signal is coming from. I don?t see anything?
The ground quakes and a damaged mecha dragon claws out from beneath the ground. This is from Megaman 2 The Power Fighters.
Dragon: GROOOOOAAARRR!!
MMX: Woah! Another one! Alright then, lets do this!
-Boss Battle Begins-
In order to defeat him, you must wait until he opens his mouth to breathe fire. Then, shoot as much as possible at it.
-Boss defeated-
Zero walks through the gate.
Zero: X, are you okay?
MMX: Yeah, I?m fine. I guess the mecha crab and mecha dragon were the two signals?
Alia on comlink: X, do you read me? You?re very close krzzzt 2 signals. The Krrrzt smission is krrzzzt up. Repeat krrrzt breaking up.
X: Alia? Alia, do you read me?
Zero: If those two weren?t the signals, what is?
X walks forward a bit.
X: I don?t know?. Hey.. What the?
X walks upon a false floor. He discovers the hatch and opens it.
X: Hey! There are two reploids down here. My scanners show that they are 20xx era types.
The two bodies are Bass?s and Protoman?s.
X: Alia, I have found the two signals. Prepare to transport.
Alia on comlink: Okay X. krrzt paring for transpkrrrzt. Standby.
Zero and X are teleported. Bass and Protoman are taken as well.

I don't care if you guys turn it into a flash or not, but it would be pretty cool. This is my game idea for Capcom, and if you guys like it, you can either A: give them the idea and claim it is yours. B: Make it into a flash or C: Just don't give a damn.

Megaman X: The Rise of Wily

This is the script for the game. If you guys could please give it a chance, I won?t ask for any money. I won?t even ask for credit.

Script 001 Sigma and Wily
Someone walks into a room. It is Sigma.
He walks up to a a shadowey figure.
Sigma: Ahhh, Doctor. Are you done recovering? I do so hope that your mind was not damaged? or your memory.
?????: (Robot and human voice) I have the same intellect and memory, thanks to you. But why revive a genius bent on world domination?
Sigma: Heh heh heeeeh? Because we have the same goal? the same plans? and the same methods?
Several shadowey figures walk up to him and stand behind Sigma.
Sigma: I need you to combine your deadliest robot masters with mine? creating the most powerful destroyers in existence. With our powers combined, we will crush Megaman-
????: MEGAMAN!?! Oh, he shall pay. He is the reason that I am in this condition! ?Well, he and Bass are actually the cause. Bass turned treacherous. I destroyed him and Protoman, but Megaman got away!
Sigma: Actually, you have a new foe. After 30 years, Megaman tended to rust away. Heh.. Heee ha ha ha!
????: Megaman is gone? Are you saying you destroyed him?
Sigma: Yes, I did. With great ease I might add.
????: Wait? who is this foe that you speak of then?
Sigma: I speak of Megaman X. A reploid who ruins EVERYTHING along with that accursed Zero.
????: That is IMPOSSIBLE!! I designed Zero to destroy Megaman. Now he is his LACKEY?!
Sigma: Partner is more like it. And now they also have a new warrior named Axl.
????: ?. Tell you what? I will do better than fuse my robots with yours. I will create clones as well. Clones of you?.
Sigma: I don?t think you have that capability. I am far too complicated to be studied. Besides, I?m just a virus.
????: We can use failed disciples of yours. Foolish creations that fell at Megaman X?s hands. Then, combine them with your design.
Sigma: Well, Vile and the X Hunters could work well, but I don?t know any others except for Bit, Byte, and Gate. And I know I don?t want to be with their bodies?.
????: I have something that could supply the last one. I made two other Zeros, just in case the first one was destroyed. They are not as powerful, but one could do, while the other tests my creation?s abilities. By the way, what is your name? I never quite caught it?
Sigma: Its Sigma?
