I shall vote! I don't really like Tankmen that much, i love the logo and i like that they are the mascots of NG, i don't think they are very funny, animation wise, i guess they're alright. Plus, they have annoying voices, anyway, just my opinion, don't kill me please. I would vote The Bots! It's about time they got some publicity

hmm, that's rubbish, i am making a film about defying gravity, basically one of the main themes is that the world flips upside down and gravity works both ways and all this stuff, without rotating, it just makes it look rubbish, everything distorts, very dissapointing, i will have to rotate the whole movie clip and everything which i can imagine will be very, very slow and painful.

i play tf2 also, on xbox live though :( my steam account is spudnik 182, if you want to play any of the other stuff, counter strike: source, DoD:source, HL2 Deathmatch, Garry's mod and all the rest, just not tf2 or portal (which isn't online anyway).

should there not be a half-life / half-life 2 / portal / valve section? they are the greatest games ever made as many would agree :) and there are enough cartoons to go in there, plenty of flash spoofs of HL2 and lots of new ones for portal, the new 'Weebl and Bob: Cube', 'Portal: the flash version' and 'Portal: still alive' (made by me xD) and i am sure we will be seeing plenty of new ones coming out for TF2, which seems to be a very popular multiplayer game, and could easily be the next counter strike (in popularity that is).

But what would the collection be called? Valve? or would there be one for each game, there are some many! (ponders the situation) feel free to ponder with me.

surely there should be a valve collection by now, with all the portal parodies, including the flash version, weebl and bob: cube, and my 'portal: still alive' and there are many half life / half life 2 parodies, and i am sure we will see plenty of Team Fortress 2 flashes on the way, i think we can all agree it is one of the best (if not THE best) games out there, i quote 'the best PC game ever' - PC Gamer, talking about HL2. So let's get a collection going! there's enough flashes and it certainly deserves it.

anyone fancy making a collab for an extreme action movie with lots of violence that is, in fact, a romance. for example. a woman yells 'i love you' to a man while stabbing a ninja, the man replies while in a high speed car chase and when it cuts back to the woman she is diving off a tall building with a parachute, it will be completely chaotic, strange and over the top!

So, requirements..
550 x 400, any flash version (i have CS3) but not AS3 because i despise of it.
No porn or explicit language, but plenty of violence :D

will take as many people as want to join, not sure exactly how it will work because this is the first time i have participated in or oganised a collab, but check out my account if you want to see what style of animation i like to do.

i watch other people's cartoons, and also just keep making new ones, when i make a new cartoon i usually make 5 others before that that i lose interest in, you eventually find one you really enjoy making.
Also, when you get bored of making a cartoon, don't delete it! on most of my big cartoons i start making them and am really excited, then leave flash alone for a few months until i get the urge to do more and then it gets done really quickly.
Hope this helps, and i guess listening to music could help but that usually distracts me so i would say don't listen to music, i just end up listening to music and not wanting to pause while i do lip - syncing, so i close flash :D

Hi, i am also struggling with my file size for this stopmotion thing. I got rid of the song, tried converting at all to movie clips, tried putting JPEG quality down to 1 on the export thing, it doesnt do a thing, im going to try export it as a video file then import it back into flash and see what that does.
